I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me.
the person who showed up at my department said that the monthly rate would be $25 but they charged two separate charges on my account. However, I cancelled the service with them and PG&E in the following month but they still charge me again even I didn't have service for that month. that company thinks they are over the law, and manipulate people as they like. I need your help.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that Ms. [redacted] feels this way; however, we have a clear dispute resolution process that she has declined to participate in.  Similarly, like all customer service organizations, we have a process in place to resolve concerns prior to escalating to a supervisor.**

I am rejecting this response because: there was no contract sigh. A contract  has name of company and information about the company. All I was given was a sheet to fill in my name and address she wrote the pg&e account number and stated will fix my pg&e bill so the correct tier is shown on my bill statement. Then she took a sheet of paper that was blank for me to sigh. I was never told that I was going to join a new company. Or new anything about this company. How do you expect me to react when I am contacting my pg&e office to find out why I am receiving my bill that has gone 2wice what I have ever paid. And they are telling me that peek six is my new gas provider, and to contact you guys!  I am already confused about why I have a new provider and my bill is high!!! So why do I want you to mail me something I never sigh. You guys are fraudulently created a contract with the paper you had me sigh under the pretense that you guys were changing my tier!!! I never knew what a tier was until that day!!! And if you check your call I did provide her with the account information. 7 min into the call. It is unprofessional for a company to refuse to transfer a call to a supervisor. It should have not taken that long!!! Or that multiple request!!! I am glad to know the contract was canceled!!! However the charges need to be reverse!!  Because I never agreed to that. Keep in mind I did  call today to see if the cancellation was made. I spoke with Vanessa who stated that she see the request for the cancellation is there. But is yet to be process. This is truly upsetting situation. And should be rectified. By reversing the fees.
