To Whom It May Concern,Per the terms of our return policy, we do request that products be returned in their original boxes with paperwork and warranty policiesThis is ordinary practice for many companies as well as ***, who does tack on a 50% restocking for products returned not in the same
condition as originally received.The Consumer called on 6-24-one day after receiving the product and stated she already burned the boxTo assist in the claim, we will accept a returnThe Consumer will need to re-box the cleaner with sufficient protection from damageI will extend the return police time for an extra week, giving the Consumer two weeks to return the item for a full refundI would suggest purchasing insurance on the shipment because if it is damaged in shipping with will deny the return and the Consumer will need to claim on the carrier. This is fine, but it is misleading when they advertise one way and then do not honor it when you try and order especially when it shows total price initially and then a different price when you try and pay.  I have already bought this product from a local store, so I am no longer interested in purchasing this again for awhile.

called us on 06/27/2015 stating that there was some damage. We informed the customer that because they signed for the shipment they would need to file a claim with the shipper as there is not much we can do. We did not hear back from the customer again regarding this purchase.
The customer A-Z claim stated that the damage was concealed inside the box. We as a courtesy will issue a Bill Of Lading to have the item picked up and returned for a refund. We left a voicemail for the customer to set up the pick up. We are awaiting their reply.

I do accept this response. However, I was the last one to contact them unlike was stated in their response. I have all the emails to prove this. I received a voicemail from them regarding the bill of lading this past weekend and returned the call and provided the information requested on 7/20/2015. The item is supposed to be picked up via UPS on 7/22/2015.

out. On 5-22-17 the Consumer asked for a Supervisor. They spoke with [redacted]. He actually brought this problem to me to discuss and I approved a pick up and reship to assist the Consumer. On [redacted]'s notes on the issue he indicated that he called the number; someone picked up; but no one spoke. Notes on the account say to take care of the Consumer when they call back. We have no other notes on the issue.I am requesting that the Consumer call [redacted] at 1-800-[redacted] x [redacted] to have the pick up scheduled. Once the heater is received back at In The Swim, a replacement will be shipped.
