The customer was then billed for their first monthly product on 08/04/in the amount of $34.98($plus $shipping and handling)On 08/08/2015, the contacted Peak Life customer service to cancel theiraccount. On 08/11/2015, we received the package back at our returns department however it did not followthe returns procedureOn 10/04/2015, we processed a refund in the amount of$29.99, on 10/13/2015, we processed an additional refund in the amount of $4.99and on 10/14/2015, we processed the remaining refund amount of $2.99, for atotal refund of $37.97..
