Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: At this point I have been given multiple people that gave represented themselves as the dealer which you all assignedSince disclosing my information I have had my bank account compromised, I have various credit applications I did not complete, and I had to put a hold on my social security numberI have had a falsified experience with dealing with the dealerYou have admitted that [redacted] is not verifiable as one of your secure dealers yet the majority of my transactions have been with himI do not feel comfortable with engaging with the individuals who are supposed to be the people that you say they areThis has not been my experience and I have been manipulated by the majority of this process as you keep saying that you have no involvement with this transaction, yet by your own disclosure state that I had nothing to do with severing the relationship with your companyIt was done by a third party unbeknownst to meThis does not seem ethicalIt does not protect the client of peddle in any way of being taken advantage ofAnd when they are and you have knowledge of the misrepresentation of the service by the other party you have decided to be absent in the process, knowing the questionable actions of your dealerYou are being negligent in you ethical practices for the non business clientYou are not securing the information that you are promising is secure with working with your company and clientEvery thing that you stand for is being negated hereIf there is no protection against unethical practices of your vetted dealers, what is the point of the company?
