Review: I am a statutory-protected person pursuant to Florida Statute 119.071(2)(j)1; therefore, I mailed my documentation to them via certified mail on April **, 2015, with instructions to delete/redact my personal information from their database within 30 days from receipt of my letter. It is now June *, 2015, and they have not complied with my request.

My statutory protected is the same protection afforded to judges, lawyers, law enforcement officials, victims of rape, etc.Desired Settlement: Honor the explicit instructions set forth in my certified letter.

Review: Peekyou has listed my personal information multiple times on their website without my authorization. I do not want any information posted they have no right to do so. And I have been through this with many companies so spare me by making sure they don't reply with the following condescending dismissive answer. This is illegal. They did not get through legal means they never received authorization I do not post personal information online. I love when I get the canned response "we got it from your facebook page or other places you posted online..." I do not have a facebook page! Do you really think I would post personal data online when I have such an issue with it? Nor do I sign up for giveaways or share age address etc with businesses. I should not have to explain, justify defend or beg! IT IS MY DATA AND I DEMAND IT BE REMOVED NOW! THIS IS NOT A REQUEST.

To show just how they operate, Peekyou in addition to posting my data has links to others like [redacted] etc All companies I have contacted and had my personal data removed form their websites. And on peekyou's webpage when you click on the link for me it takes you to these websites but my data is not there. However does not just out link, peekyou also puts my name age address right above the link on their webpage so they post it on their webpage. Thenw hen file a complaint liek this or contact the attorney general they say "we do not have control you need to contact the other companies blah blah..." THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE. THEY HAVE CONTROL THEY TYPED IT ON THEIR WEBPAGE!!!!! The other companies do not have control over what goes on peekyou's website!Desired Settlement: The immediate and permanent removal of all of personal information. They are to stop collecting information on me and using it in any manner. No excuses remove it NOW.

Review: I saw my pictures posted on peekyou.com, along with my personal information. I have sent an email on 05/**/13 to remove me off of their site because I currently have a protection order. I then received an email that the profile has been updated and Individual Search Listing has been removed. I still see my photo and personal information on their website when I search my name.Desired Settlement: I would like my information including relatives and pictures to be removed off of their site due to my personal safety.

Review: My wife and I have asked the business Peekyou.com to remove our age/address/name information from their data bases. We have been subject of fraud in the past. Moreover, I am a teacher with many students. My wife is also in the market for a job and we do not want our ages and addresses to show up in web searches. We could face age discrimination. We have opted out of at least 16 other search engines. Yet this business refuses to do so. We have tried their on-line removal tool and it does nothing in removing age/address information. I have contacted this business at least 5 times, all via email, their phone number (as shown on Revdex.com site) does not work. They responded twice, the second time they claimed that they have fixed the problem. But it persists and it shows up under simple web searches. We have given them the problematic URL and have yet again asked them to please remove our info from their web site. No response. Phone contact is non-existent. There is nobody to get a hold of and talk to in this company. There is no transparency and that is a source of extreme concern to us. One thing is clear, they in a way advertise our profiles in simple web searches. We want them to remove/block our profiles so our sensitive information does not show up in web searches that may be done with our names.Desired Settlement: We require the business to respond in person so we can talk to them. Moreover we want them to block our sensitive information such as age and addresses so it won't show up under the web searches. Do not give us the usual explanation of that this is a public information. They indeed advertise it when it shows up under their web address and under simple web searches. FIX THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.

Review: I am a Law Enforcement Officer with the Clearwater Police Dept. My information by law should be protected. This site not only gives out my personal information, but also information on my residence and family. When you try to contact them they do not provide a number where this information can be removed.Desired Settlement: Remove my information ASAP, with a letter showing when it was removed. Do not put LEOs and their families in their data base.

The ultimate problem is [redacted] by [redacted] which handles correspondence for PeekYou LLC.Desired Settlement: Remove references to "[redacted]" and "[redacted] in [redacted] and [redacted].

Review: I have exhausted my patience with this company. This third party company has a link in reference to me, and the link has a snippet with very confidential information. The original source removed my information more than two years ago; however, PeekYou continues to display it on their website. I have contacted this company many times before, the information gets removed, and then it reappears again. I am tired of playing tennis, going back and forth, back and forth. Recently, I contacted them about removing it. I should not have to keep contacting a company about removing the same information again and again.Desired Settlement: I want the company to remove my name and the links and snippets with my information on it. I want it removed PERMANENTLY AND EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY as it is confidential information, was removed by the original source over 2 years ago, and was removed by PeekYou before (yet it reappears AGAIN AND AGAIN).
