I reject this response based on previous experiences with Peerless Network. While Peerless Network is not the one making the calls, they, alongside the scammers, are profiting by allowing their customers to continue scamming as many people as they can. I've reported numbers to Peerless Network in the past and kept track of what happens. The numbers reported continue to be active months later and complaints about these numbers continue to be made on various scam reporting sites. Peerless does nothing about the scammers using their services except take their money. This tells me that Peerless is not a company capable of making a profit off of legitimate services. If they were capable, they would start by denying services to known scammers reported to them instead of allowing them to continue to operate. There is a reason scammers choose Peerless Network numbers. If Peerless were active in dealing with reported numbers, I'd be providing them with more numbers. Because Peerless has demonstrated no interest in dealing with their scammers, the best I can do is bring Peerless' sleazy business practices to the public attention. If companies like Peerless didn't exist, the scammers would have an extremely difficult time finding a safe haven for their scam communications. It's also worth noting, that I did include the phone number of the most recent offense in the complaint form where it asks for specifics on the company and services I'm having a problem with.

Number needs to shut down and given to the police. Furthermore, I dont need to call you guys every single time I get a bogus scam call, do your due diligence and terminate all of these criminals.

The telephone number subject to the Complaint ([redacted]) is not assigned to Peerless Network or any Peerless Network customer.  It has been assigned to another telecommunications carrier since 1/26/2015.  Therefore, the complaint was not sent to the correct company.

an illegal scam, and this is HARASSMENT. I have call records which show their phone numbers (publicly available), and I am receiving inappropriate calls at all hours. I have begun recording the calls.

If the Consumer emails the details about the unwanted calls - such as called number and calling number and dates/time - I will investigate this issue in detail.  Details can be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to [redacted]  Again, Peerless Network is not a telemarketer and did not make the calls subject to this complaint, but would be happy to help the Consumer in whatever capacity we can.

Peerless Network has asked the carrier assigned these telephone numbers to put the Complainant's telephone numbers on all Do Not Call Lists.  There should be no more calls received within 24 hours.  If calls continue after that, please inform Peerless Network by emailing...
