Review: Ordered non-alcoholic wine online on June 1, 2015. Chase credit card charged $74.14 on June 1, 2015. Never received item. Called phone number listed on credit card statement as online receipt gave no contact info. Phone number goes to a voicemail and instructs to leave a message and call will be returned ASAP. A few moments after the message left, received call from gentleman saying he sees that a call was received from my number and asked the nature of my call. When I explained why I was calling (he had not heard my recorded message), he was very apologetic and assured me that the shipment would be re-shipped the following day (July 22, 2015), that it would be coming from Altoona, PA by Fedex and would arrive overnight on July 23. He said that I would receive an e-mail on July 22 when it had shipped, and that I would have the wine on July 23. I have never received the e-mail or the wine. I have made MULTIPLE attempts to contact the company and I only get the recorded message and no one ever returns the call.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the wine ordered.

Review: I placed an order and paid online on July 14. I received two email confirmations the same day. By July 27, I hadn't received a shipment or been notified that it had even shipped, so I replied to the first email by asking where the shipment was. No response. I sent a second email on August 4 by responding to the second confirmation. On August 5, I got an email claiming they never received my first email, but that I would be hearing from their shipping department that day. I never heard from shipping that day or any other day. I sent a third email on August 7. Crickets. I sent another response to their email (my fourth email to them) on August 9. Ditto. I called on August 14 and spoke with the person who had told me on August 5 that shipping would be in touch with me that day. He told me the same thing on August 14; but, once again, I never heard from shipping. It's now August 22 and when I called today, I got the answering machine.They are either phenomenally incompetent or simply corrupt. I don't know how they can stay in business, but they should not be in business, period.Desired Settlement: If they don't send me a tracking number immediately, I want a full refund (and I'd like them to stop taking people's money under false pretenses).

Review: I purchased the Red Wine Sampler Case of 7 on 7/18/2013 with delivery by UPS within 3-5 business days for a total charge that was placed on my debit card for $84.74. It has now been 10 business days and no delivery. I attempted to contact the customer service line twice to get a tracking number or anticipated delivery date since I was needing this product for a party I am preparing for this next Tuesday. I still have not received any response from the business.Desired Settlement: Full refund for the $84.74.

Review: On April 16th I ordered 6 bottles of non alcoholic wine, my credit card was charged the next day for 61.46. A month later I did not have my wine or had I heard from anyone. Contacted them and requested a refund as they could not deliver.No one will respond to me nor have they refunded my money and it is now 70 days later.Desired Settlement: Refund my money

Review: I placed an order on February 10, 2016 with Non Alcoholic Wines Online which is owned and run by Peerless Specialties as it is indicated under the merchant contact information. I ordered 3 bottles of non-alcoholic wine.They charged my card on February 10, 2016 for the full amount of the order which was $69.54 ($28.56 of that total was shipping). I had indicated in the special notes or requests area on the order form that this was for a wedding consideration and I needed the order as quickly as possible. I received a conformation e-mail on February 10, 2016 thanking me for my order and indicating the order would be shipped UPS or Fedex within 5-10 business days. I never received another communication from this company. Nothing to indicate anything was on backorder etc. It is now March 7, 2016, three day days short of a month since the order was placed and they have my money and I have nothing! I have tried to contact them twice. No one answers. The first time I did get an answering machine but did not want to leave a message fearing my call would not be returned. I was calling to hopefully speak to an individual about my order! I would like a full refund without any restocking fee. Im my opinion this company has no right to charge a restocking fee for products they obviously don't have in stock. I must honestly say I feel this is a scam operation. Thank you for looking into this complaint. I intend to contact my credit card company to see if I can dispute the charge.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $69.54

Customer [redacted] placed an order with our company on February 10, 2016. Ours is an e-commerce business whose sales are handled by a third party banking system for which we do not receive credit card numbers or process same. At the time of online purchase, customer received an order confirmation followed by a thank you from our company thanking him for the order. The thank you clearly stated that at the time of the purchase we were in a Winter Freeze policy of not being able to ship non alcoholic wines when temperatures fall below 32 degrees. Also the thank you states that orders usually do ship within a 10 day time frame unless the products ordered would be imported items and their arrival, if out if stock, could be up to 8 weeks. This customer only ordered imported items.His order did state that the use of these non alcoholic wines could be used for an upcoming wedding, no time of wedding given.Apparently customer attempted to call but let no message or phone number to call for whatever reason. Therefore, we have not been aware of his concerns. With approx 7000 active customers we had no idea Mr [redacted] was attempting to reach us. Our phone and email logs know of no such contacts; however, we will investigate further with the hopes his contacts were not overlooked by our staff.He was shipped one of the two brands of imported items with one bottle of another imported brand remaining out of stock. On websitewww.[redacted] all of the brands sold are marked domestic or imported. In this case, shipment has been made within the time frame mentioned in thank you email.If a customer appears to have misunderstood our shipping policy and, in this case, the Winter Freeze policy also involved, we gladly add an additional 20% value of additional wine for any remaining items and ship with the final shipment. Split shipments also are never billed additional shipping charges.We hope this clarifies matters of concern to the customer. To whom it may concern:

On May 18, 2015, I ordered a selection of non-alcoholic wines from your website (transaction ID [redacted]). The shipping information provided said that the order would be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS in 5-10 business days which means the product should have shipped by NO LATER THAN Monday, June 1st, meaning that I should have received by NO LATER than Wednesday, June 3rd if second day air was used.

I understand that there can be delays in the shipping process, but the thing that concerns me the most is that I have called twice and left messages on your automated voice mail (can’t get to a live person) and e-mailed your company as well and have not received any kind of response at this point.

I am requesting a response TODAY either via e-mail or telephone (contact info is below) as to the status of my order. Otherwise, please credit my account for the full $49.16 and cancel my order.
