We've used Raleigh Heating and Air several times in the last few years for our old (+13 years) heat pump. We found out about them when we decided to replace the ancient duct work in our crawl space, and were very pleased with their work and attitude during the replacement. They make a point of asking you if you're OK with what they did before they leave the premises, and they're willing to come back if you notice something weird after they leave.
Would highly recommend Raleigh Heating & Air! Bought my unit a year and half ago - and have been delighted with the unit, the service and all the staff - from the sales person, installers, customer service and the service persons! FYI - I have never recommended a company to the Revdex.com - they are GREAT!!

This was our first experience with Raleigh Heating & Air. [redacted] O was the service pro. He spent a good deal of time going over both units. He found one part that tested weak and replaced it. We signed up for the service contract. I was a little confused on the service charge since the service pro was here for maint. We did get the reduced rate. [redacted] was very careful and cleaned up after himself. We already recommended the company to a neighbor.
Raleigh Heating and Air did a great job checking out our heat/air systems. I would highly recommend them. Nate was very efficient and friendly and the staff who scheduled were too.

The professional way they handled the installation was better than first class. I could not be anymore pleased. They removed all debris and left my yard looking better than before I came. I am extremely please with these gentlemen and RALEIGH HEATING AND AIR, INC.

Yesterday, [redacted] came for a regular maintenance visit, and in addition to checking on the systems- and fixing problems- he identified some other problems and was able to advise me on these as well. Friendly, helpful, and on time, dealing with Raleigh Heating & Air has been great.
