Their personnel are helpful and explain things well in plain english and they do not push any extra products or services on you that you don't really need. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Raleigh Heating and Air. The service tech that came out [redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable. When he entered my home he put shoe covers on to make sure our floors were protected from anything that may have been tracked into the house. He then went upstairs to perform the maintenance. I was with him and asked him questions about what was being done and he explained in detail what he was doing. [redacted] was very thorough and organized. He removed all debris from my attic as if he was never there. He then went downstairs to check the outdoor unit, which again very thorough and he even rinsed off the coils and the pad. I have used other company's through the years and by far Raleigh Heating and Air is the best. Between the ease of the professional staff scheduling the appointment around my busy schedule the highly trained and knowledgeable service techs Raleigh Heating and Air has earned my business for life. When it comes to customer service they are #1.

We had Raleigh Heating and air replace all our duct work on the second floor after reviewing 3 bids they were in the middle, and did an outstanding job. When our downstairs 28 year old heat pump died, we had tem replace he entire system including duct work downstairs. It was immediately evident the technicians, [redacted] and [redacted], were knowledgeable and thorough. The finished job was above and beyond expectations for quality of materials and workmanship. [redacted] explained the project thoroughly, and took me through the installation when complete at my request. They used the best hangers for the system and ducts work which kept the elements above the dirt floor in the crawl space. The drainage system was as good or better than any plumber. They have been doing my yearly service every since they installed the unit and I have been satisfied with them meeting at the time we set. They have not been late at all.

When I say complete, I mean all duct work, air handler, heat pump and replaced my dryer duct. The sales and office staff, [redacted] and [redacted], are also very professional and punctual. I so appreciate the honesty of the team at Raleigh Heating & Air. We have used them at other houses but this was our first call on our geothermal system. They weren't able to work on the system we have...and were kind enough to not charge us even though they made the trip out...we will call them again for repairs on our traditional system.

We recently had Raleigh Heat and Air install 2 new HVAC systems. Our old systems were working fine but had to be replaced to meet code requirements of additional square footage due to an addition. The install went great. The guys were professional in their work and their manners. I trust this company completely. Their price was very competitive and there were no issues.

He was friendly and knowledgeable and since I was interested in learning about hour my system worked, he walked me through what he was doing while he worked and explained how various parts might cause the problem I was having. My spring checkup for air conditioner went very good. The service man was very nice and spent about 45 minutes here checking out everything. He even changed my filters for me (I had the new filters) at no charge. I would highly recommend Raleigh Heating & Air, Inc.
