I received a debt collection letter from this bottom feeder organizationI have contacted the 3rd party in the letter and they confirm that my debt has been paid for over yearsI attempted to contact Debt Recovery Solutions but they were unavailable the first time and hung up on my the 3rdMy debts are paid and were paid years agoNow they are just trying to milk more money out of people who don't know betterThe fact that they wouldn't speak to me shows that they are just throwing out bait and see who bitesPendrick Capital Partners is not a trustworthy organization and they are playing to odds to see if they can rape you financially

Once it was identified that ***'s account was tied to ***'s, we un packeted them and sent her letters for her two accounts only.on 10/we untied the accounts once we were made aware of the situation and sent the debtor the correct notices that reflect the corrected account balancesrp requests for no further phone calls to be placed to any phone #

*** *** via phone call or written communicationThe written and verbal communications referenced in this complaint were with a licensed collection agency that Pendrick has placed the account with for collections.Pendrick Capital Partners has contacted *** *** *** *** regarding *** ***'s account and they have verified that to date they have received no payment on this accountRegarding *** ***'s request to have the account removed from Pendrick and the bill adjusted; This is not possible as Pendrick Capital Partners, LLCis the current owner of this account and based on our investigation the account balance is valid and outstandingShould *** *** be able to provide proof of the payment she claims to have made we will reopen the investigation based on that evidence

I am rejecting it because they have no proof and I am NOT going to go back and forth with themI spoke to different people who told me I do not have a bill under my nameI also have a letter from *** *** who they send my information to stating they is NO Bill In My NameWhich I have attachedI am years Old and I can not be dealing with this stressI Need This fix ASAP ! We have sent the consumer an Itemized Statement via the collection agency.  7-20-15 Consumer was seen in the ER at [redacted] Med Center in Kissimmee Fla. not South Carolina.  We feel that there was a misunderstanding as to where they were seen.  Please let us know...
