Review: I was a victim of identity theft and their is an account that is not mine. I have gone through proper credit reporting and filed affidavit. A account this isn't mine from Pendrick Capital was removed from my credit report last year, but now showed up again with a different firm [redacted], previously it was with [redacted]. Pendrick Capital needs to cease and desist with illegal collection practices.Desired Settlement: Have West Asset remove account [redacted] from all my credit reports and cease further illegal collection activities.

Review: Pendrick acquired a debt and attached my name and address to it. I have a common name and when they sent it to [redacted] they in turn placed it on my credit report. I successfully disputed it through the credit bureau. [redacted] Closed the account and sent it back to Pendrick. I do not know how they attached my address to this account that was not mine, other than search everyone in [redacted] county NC with my name. No one can give proof that the debt is mine, yet they keep selling and passing it around to the next debt shark that I am forced to deal with. It's downright slanderous that they put fraudulent information on peoples credit without due diligence.Desired Settlement: Remove any and all information about me and my address from their systems. If not, attach a note to the file indicating my address is not associated with this.

Review: Explanation of benefits Reference # [redacted] sent to us by [redacted] Corporation on 06/29/2012 received for my wife stated that our plan had paid $238.79 of the $965.00 amount billed for visit on 06/29/2012 and that the amount we owed to [redacted] MD was $0.00. In the Notes section is written "A - PATIENT NOT LIABLE FOR INTERPLAN HEALTH GROUP DISCOUNT THROUGH COALITION AMERICA. Patient contacted [redacted] on 12/18/2012 and the Confirmation number for the call is # [redacted] and filed a dispute regarding the bill received from [redacted] # [redacted] Owned by DR. [redacted] NPI # [redacted] stating patient balance owed to Dr. [redacted] NPI # [redacted] is $726.21 and balance owed to Dr. [redacted] NPI # [redacted] is 649.05 for a total of $1,375.26 due. Patient was assured by [redacted] customer care representative that the medical provider had been paid and that the patient was not liable for any additional payments and again the Confirmation number for the call on 12/18/2012 is # [redacted]. Patient continued to be billed by [redacted], LLC and contacted [redacted] again on 04/03/2013 and spoke with [redacted] and the Confirmation number for the call is # 3261 and again was assured that the medical provider had been paid and that the patient was not liable for any additional payments and again the confirmation number for the call is # [redacted], LLC sold their outstanding debt to Pendrick Capital Partners who we sent a cease and desist notification and then DR. [redacted] owner of [redacted],LLC located at [redacted] ###-###-#### sold the bogus outstanding debt to [redacted] who is now threatening legal action against us. We are in the process of filing an appeal with [redacted] and are filing complaints against all involved parties. I contacted [redacted] Corporation today 10/18/2014 and was told by customer service representative Pat Confirmation #'s [redacted], & [redacted] that she could not locate any of my previous records regarding this matter because [redacted] Corporation purges data 18 months or older and that I should file an appeal. We are the "little guy" being abused by the intentional or unintentional deficiencies in the medical billing practices of behemoth unethical medical providers and collection agencies.Desired Settlement: Notify [redacted], LLC NPI # [redacted] owned by DR. Review: Selling false information to 3rd party companies, fraud, ID theft.

I was called by a "3rd party collection agency" that said Pendrick Capital Partners "sold" my information to them. They said it was for a hospital in "[redacted], California". The 3rd party company did not have a date of service or any information on this said hospital. The 3rd party company advised me to call Pendrick directly. Shelly (at Pendrick) got really rude and defensive on the phone saying they do not "sell" information and I need to contact the collection agency. I said no way, I already talked to them and I need to know where and what information you sold them. They said I do not need that information nor will they give it to me. I asked for a manager or supervisor and she rudely said I could not speak to one. I advised them they are selling false information and I will be filling complaints and taking them to court. She hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I need them to stop selling my information. They are selling my social security number to "3rd party companies" for false accounts. These companies are trying to say I owe all this money and threatening liens, etc and I try to get the information on these so called accounts and they have no information.

This is causing me great stress and I am seeking legal advice.

Review: I received a letter stating that I owe money and I do not owe this compay any money and they were trying to get information from me according to this bill that is not mine. Review: In December of 2008 I went to to the Hospital for an emergency do to me being a passenger in a car accident and was billed from [redacted] Emergency Physicians but I was not paying them because I was having difficulty receiving payment from the owner of the car that I was in because it was not my fault he got in the accident. So eventually it went to Pendrick Capital Partners and I gave the the car insurances information and I received confirmation that the car insurance had payed them but now five years later I received a bill from [redacted] saying they are representing Pendrick Capital Partners for a bill I did not pay. Yet when I ask if I can have a copy of the bill and any other information [redacted] told me they did not receive any other information but the amount that I owe. It has been five years I went through [redacted] I don't have paperwork and I doubt the car insurance has any paperwork and considering that they can not even provide paperwork how can they bill me.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit to be repaired by having a written statement that I do not owe them any money and to have it mailed to me in certified mail that way I can keep it for my records that I have to start over again. And lastly to have this debacle done with.

"this patient was seen for a headache and earache.... it has not been paid. I have attached the IB and medical record and have forwarded them the **. [redacted]. Insurance was denied due to termination . ..date, prior to.ER visit.

Review: I was contacted out of the blue by a collection agency today, they have ALREADY hit my credit report causing my score to drop 40 points.

They say it is a bill for a doctor in the ER in 2010.

I have not received anything in writing nor have I received a phone call.

I remember speaking to them in 2010 because the doctor did not accept my insurance and I told them specifically I did not authorize their doctor to treat me and they needed to provide someone who did take my insurance.

I settled the matter with the office three years ago.

Now, without warning 3 years later they have destroyed my credit 3 weeks before I am about to close on a home. The bank won't give me a loan unless this is removed-- so I had no choice but to pay to have them remove it.

They have violated the FDCA by not allowing me to dispute this item before hitting my credit. They claim they sent letters but they had an address that was incorrect.Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund of 297.00 that I had to pay to necredit on their behalf. They never should have billed me in the first place, and they should have afforded me a chance to dispute before hitting my credit. The only reason I paid was because I am about to close on a house, otherwise I never would have done so.

IF they do not, I will begin legal action against them and the doctor who treated me without my consent.

I am rejecting this response because: $180 is still WAY to high to see a doc for 90 seconds to ask for an anti biotic. No diagnostic tools were used, no equipment to clean, no tests were run.

A) I did dispute this before it was in collections but all my attempts were ignored.

Review: I received several phone calls about an account/bill is not mine .Whoever They looking for is not me. Apparently, the person they want have the same name as me. However, I'm not that person. I have talked and explain this to every representative who called my house and the calls still don't stop. This now has become harassment, I'm 44 years olds and I was told the person they looking for is much younger. I have no Idea who this person could be, I assure you it is not me. I never visited a medical facility named [redacted] Emergency Physicians in my life. Its very unprofessional how someone can find anyone with the same name and harass them to pay a bill that’s obviously do not belong to them. I'm sure its more professional methods to find who you looking for. I have dealt with the company putting adverse information on my credit report, in which, I had to dispute. I constantly receives harassing phone calls to pay this bill which is not mine. Now, I have received a letter in the mail about this bill and account that is not mine. I will appreciate them to stop harassing me about this account. I am kindly requested them to remove my address, and phone number from this account. And, to stop calling my house and sending letters to my home about this account. More, I asked them to stop sending false adverse information to the credit bureau linking me to this account.

Review: This company keeps placing a collection that is legally outside the guidelines of the State Of Florida Statute of Limitations and must remove the bogus information for which is no longer legally allowed to be filed.Desired Settlement: They need to strike and remove this record and stop selling it. According to Florida guidelines this is now considered illegal practice to continue to harass over a collection that is no longer valid. I want this removed from my credit reports and destroy this claim or I will seek legal counsel.

Review: Acquired a debt that was paid with my insurance and placed it on my credit report five years later.

I called to resolve this issue just to have it removed from my credit report. No one answers the phone.Desired Settlement: A hospital bill paid for with my insurance from 2009.
