description of "inappropriate", I can't address this subject except to say that I will speak to his manager to ensure that" business casual" is what is followed at the dealership. We cannot run anyone's credit without their permission. WE would not have access to anyone's social security number or other information without it being given to us by our customer. Then, when it is submitted, by submitting it on-line, you are giving permission for it to be run. I have a copy of your credit application, which indicates you had to have disclosed your information and therefore it would have been sent to the bureau's. According to Experian and other credit agencies, when looking for a higher ticket item where "shopping" for the best rates are normal, your score is not affected and usually happens in a 2-4 week period. Items, such as credit card inquiries in a short period will affect the scoring. You can go to [redacted] and get more information on how your credit scores are affected. I am truly sorry that your experience at Penn Auto Group was not a pleasant one and we will be speaking to the employee about this infraction. Please accept our sincerest apologies.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
As I stated the High beams, door locks, and heated seats were fixed. The TPMS sensor has been on for a week now. Are you seriously attempting to tell me that I need to drive my car for 200+ miles to reset the TPMS module? That's horse [redacted]. The manual in my car says to drive the car for 7 mins at 16 mph or more to reset the sensor, which I have done more than 20+ times. When I called [redacted] where I purchased the car they told me to bring it to their service group (Penn Auto Group) to have the sensor turned off.I WILL NOT be satisfied with this transaction until my TPMS light is off and Properly reset. I never once requested to have all of my sensors changed in my tires. I simply stated that if the TPMS Module was indeed replaced and the TPMS light is still on then maybe the tire sensors need to be checked. I am trying to make sure this isn't a larger electrical issue with my car. My car should be sent to a dealership and properly looked at be people who are actually AES certified and can properly diagnose my car. I refuse to bring my car back to your service group so that they can shut off my TPMS light. I have a two year old that o drive with daily, and I just purchased this car. I don't care insignificant this light may seem to you, its a big deal to me.

3/20/17 Dear [redacted],l am responding to the letter from [redacted], complaint # [redacted], claiming an ongoing motor oil leak on his vehicle.According to our service files on the vehicle, we have only seen the customer and his vehicle on 3 occasions, since he took delivery. have attached 2 of...

the repair orders, on the 3rd, there was no work performed written on the ticket, but we replaced his left side valve cover gasket. He may have stopped on other occasions, but did not have any work performed. We do know of his most recent visit, there was no work done, only a quick diagnosis of the problem and an estimate of cost.On 9/16/16 we changed the oil. On 11/11/16 we changed the oil and replaced a valve cover gasket, the same that was replaced in August on the 3rd ticket (which is not included). Despite the charges showing on the ticket, we did not charge the customer, since we replaced it a short time previously. On his most recent visit, where there is no ticket, we diagnosed the vehicle as needing a head gasket. The cost to replace the head gasket was $2500, however, we told [redacted], since he has been a customer, we would only charge $1,100.The only recurring problem was the head gasket needing to be replaced twice, and the customer was not charged either time. The head gasket is an unrelated item and we were affording the customer over a 50% discount as a goodwill gesture.Sincerely,Scott A[redacted], Director of Operations

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The dealership assured us the title would be mailed before the temporary Pennsylvania plates expired; it was not. And update to this situation, penn auto group is refusing to pay for the rotors that need to be replaced before the car can pass inspection in MD. Penn auto group assures me that they wouldn't sell a car that doesn't pass inspection, but it has. Also we finally received the title and plates in the mail, how ever there is a temporary registration which expires at the end of February. The dealership, if they were going to thoroughly do the titlework and registration work, they should have made sure the car could pass an inspection in the state the car was being registered. I do not think I should have to pay for the replacement of the rotors, the check engine light is back on, and a permenant registration. The rental Car was taken back on January 11th and I believe we picked it up on December 21st. It was like pulling teeth to get PennAuto Group and [redacted] to communicate because Penn Auto Group was never available when it was time to get the information for the Rental car.  Regards,
[redacted]

To whom it may concern:On May 23, 2017, So[redacted] came into Penn Auto Group. Same day she drove off in a 2014 [redacted], and traded in a 2006 [redacted]. At the time of sale, [redacted] provided us with a pay stub from what she claimed to be was her current job. Upon verification of employment,...

the financial institution ([redacted]) has determined that she's no longer employed at said job. At that point, we advised [redacted] that the deal will have to be canceled. The day she came back in, she was given 2 options: either attempt to [redacted] with a different bank (since she claimed that she has a new job), or to cancel the deal. She opted to cancel the deal. She was then very clearly advised that Penn Auto Group has invested $551.99 into repairs of the trade-in car. She offered to pay $475 of it, and Penn Auto Group has agreed to release the car with that payment.

To whom it may concern,
As far as [redacted], attached is bills that never came out of his pocket, and still working with him.
Thank You
