I am rejecting this response because:
My mechanic never told him that the vehicle is fixed. Just like he lied to us about the vehicle being fixed he is lying again. The engine light is on and has been on since Matt attempted to call him at one point 9 times to tell him of the new issues that arose based upon test driving it after the power steering pump was fixed and the AC which the AC needed another part fixed due to Louis's mechanic Russ putting a liquid in the AC line which messed up the AC evaporater and Matt my mechanic had to pay for it to get fixed because he is mentally exhausted of dealing with Louis and his Staff after trying numerous times to contact him. My mechanic has a pile of documents which states everything in it. I am lost of words myself but the Attorney General has been notified and they will pursue their actions accordingly based on their procedures.

They sold me a car that they knew had problems, I almost died in this car.
I bought the car and brought it back the next day because of the problem.
Would not do anything except they would fix the problem if I paid them.
I heard a person in the back say to another person to tell that American (me) infidel to pound sand and was laughing about it..

Review: I'm trying to keep this succinct. I have more details if needed. I have repeatedly been asking for several items to be fixed on my car from the beginning. One item, the rattle under the dash has not been fixed. I was told to fix it myself or turn the radio up, after 6 weeks. The two they created, the door lock that rarely works, and the ESC light/traction control have not. I thought we finally agreed to have these three items fixed by the dealer since weekly attempts, over 6 weeks, by their service center has failed or caused more issues. When I got to the dealer, only one was to be addressed, the door lock. After calling Penn Auto Group, the [redacted] dealer is going to look at the other two issues, but running it through the warranty I purchased was mentioned. I shouldn't have to spend more money out of my pocket for repairs that Penn Auto Group has caused. They should honor their 3 month warranty for the rattle issue that I complained about every time, starting with the test drive.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for the final 3 repairs at a proper service center that is capable of doing repairs. It would be nice if they reimbursed me for the insurance I bought for the rental cars I was forced to use.
