[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: People First Federal Credit Union SHOULD NOT BE UNTOUCHABLE Their BUSINESS PRACTICES should be questioned Their response seems to make them untouchable as though they were not obligated to render any explanation for their actions to your organization or to the customer.Since they dismissed my inquiry and, apparently, are dismissing yours as well, what should I do? do I just let it go because they claim it is in their right to damage one's credit? I do not believe this to be a fair resolution as NO ONE SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW, if you will.They sent me a letter telling me I was the co-signer and I responded and copied your organization I basically told their CEO that the issue was not my being the co-signer as that had already been established, but that it was their business practices that were in question I enclosed a copy of my credit report showing him (the CEO) how I maintained my credit very well and how they destroyed all that Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:This letter stating they won't talk about this has NOTHING to do with giving out my information!!!! Are they that dumb?? Obviously they know they did wrong and won't admit to it and take care of it. A poor unprofessional business that won't take care of their mistakes. People First needs to own up to their mistakes the credit card people make, they are responsible. I will NOT accept this and remains unresolved from People First Credit Union. A real joke

I am rejecting this response because if that were true this person shouldnt have asked me for my loan number and account number then went and looked in a file to try and find the loan there which would mean he was looking through some type of info. I myself work in banking so I know what can and what shouldn't be discussed. Had I known he didn't work for the bank I wouldn't have gave him my personal information. If anything next step is to speak with a lawyer
Since they think its ok to allow someone who doesn't work for peoples first to get that info from customers.
