Review: I received a car loan through my bank a little over 3 years ago. I recently looked at a bill from my bank and questioned the amount that was left because it seemed so high if I was scheduled to finish my payments March of 2015. I went in to speak to one of the associates regarding my loan and that is when we discovered the bank was charging me for car insurance. Completely understandable, I thought it was going to be an easy fix. I went to my car insurance company and they printed me proof of insurance the whole duration I have had the car. I faxed it to the bank and they told me that they need documentation that list them as the lien holder. I called the ins company and they told me since I no longer have their insurance, they can not alter any documentation. The bank is really pushing the fact that they need to be listed as the lien holder in order to refund the money. I tried explaining to the bank that the insurance company can not change the info. (I had that ins company for 3 out of the 4 yrs I had the car) I just don't understand if they charged me insurance and I have shown them proof of coverage why they are fighting me so hard about refunding me. I should be payed off on the loan on March 2015. Now because they are trying to charge me for the insurance (despite me having coverage) I would owe them another 3,000. It's not right and when I try to ask for the information regarding the company the bank is dealing with (hoping I could talk to them and tell them the whole story) they won't give me anymore info than that they're called [redacted]. I tried asking for a particular persons name to contact and they told me they don't deal with individuals only the bank. I need help, I feel what they are doing is unjust and dishonest.Desired Settlement: I just want what is right, what is fair. They charged me for insurance. I showed them proof of coverage. Refund me what they should and the matter is done. No more, no less.

Review: I'm looking to put a complaint in about an employee at the [redacted] branch off [redacted] blvd. I went in yesterday 4/2 to sign a loan document and from the moment I walked in the guy [redacted] who says he is the security was very rude and disrespectful not only to myself and my friend but also to a customer he was talking to. He couldn't assist me took us into an office wanted to get my info so he threw a note pad towards he told me to write my info down didn't even offer to take the info himself or offer a pen I needed to get one myself. He was being nothing short of a wise as the entire time. I told him he was very rude, disrespectful and he acted to be sorry but was being very dismissive. I asked for his name he said it was [redacted] from security and I asked him to write that down for me and he said no he wouldn't. I also asked for his last name and he said his first name [redacted] was all he got and wouldn't give anything further. I have been in that branch only twice once before to payoff my other loan and in that situation as soon as I walked in he was rude and disrespectful. He has no customer service skills and if he says he is security and doesn't work for the bank I'm wondering why he asked and I gave him my full name loan and account # and was trying to access my files. If someone could get back to me or let me know who I can speak to higher up in regards to this matter please let me know. Ive been with peoples first for years talk highly about them and refer people all the time especially since I work in banking as well. I have never had such horrible service and someone be so rude, disrespectful and dismissive as I was yesterday. I'm more concerned about my privacy and him accessing it since he said he's just security.Desired Settlement: I want to have this looked into since I gave out my personal info to someone who says they don't work for the bank and are security. If they are security they should not be accessing my files at least I feel. This is nothing against peoples first they are by far that best it really comes down to this "[redacted] the security".

I am rejecting this response because if that were true this person shouldnt have asked me for my loan number and account number then went and looked in a file to try and find the loan there which would mean he was looking through some type of info. I myself work in banking so I know what can and what shouldn't be discussed. Had I known he didn't work for the bank I wouldn't have gave him my personal information. If anything next step is to speak with a lawyer

Since they think its ok to allow someone who doesn't work for peoples first to get that info from customers.

Review: I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF PFFCU FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. UNFORTUNATELY A FEW YEARS AGO MY HUSBAND AND UNCLE IN LAW BECAME HEAVILY INTO DRUGS-MY HUSBAND AFTER BEING ROBBED AT GUN POINT. ANYWAY, I HAVE NEVER DISPUTED MONIES BEING WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT AND WAS NEVER REIMBURSED FOR SUCH BY THE CREDIT UNION. I ONLY GOT REPLACEMENT DEBIT CARDS FROM THEM JUST TO AVOID THE HASSLE OF LEGAL PURPOSES. WELL DUE TO THIS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A NEW DEBIT CARD FOR MY CHECKING ACCOUNT /MIND YOU I NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG AND THEY NEVER REIMBURSED FOR MONEY WITHDRAWN. I DELT WITH IGNORANT MANAGERS AT THE [redacted] BRANCH AND SOME AWFUL THINGS WERE SAID TO ME BY THESE PEOPLE. MY FATHER IN LAW COMMITED SUICIDE A FEW YEARS AGO AND AGAIN I REQUESTED A NEW DEBIT CARD AND ONCE AGAIN GOT TURNED DOWN, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY CAN POSSIBLY TURN ME DOWN FOR AGAIN, NEVER BEEN REIMBURSED FOR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME AND YET I HAVE DONE NO WRONG. I EVEN PAID FOR RELACEMENT DEBIT CARDS IN THE PAST. I HAD A LOT OF CARDS BUT I ALSO HAVE 7CHILDREN WHO UNFORTUNATELY PLAY WITH THE CARDS, BEND, WRITE, SCRATCH, OR MYSELF EVEN LOSE. I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS AGAINST THE LAW TO GET REPLACEMENT CARDS. ALL I AM ASKING IS FOR A NEW DEBIT CARD SO I CAN HAVE MY DIRECT DEPOSITS SENT TO THEIR BANK, I HAVE MY CAR LOAN WITH THEM AND PERSONAL LOAN, I HAVE NOT DEFAULTED ON ANY OF THEM, I BELIEVE THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF DISCRIMINATION AND I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS. Review: I have filed a complaint against this company before for contacting me at my place of employment with collection calls. I have asked them not to call me here repeatedly. Since they did not desist as per the fair credit & collection act, I filed a complaint against them with the Revdex.com. I have not heard anything. Today, a lady named [redacted] again contacted me at work about an overdue balance. Please stop them from contacting me at work. They are putting my employment at risk. The balance owed will be paid by July as stated before. I have made payments on this account.Desired Settlement: stop calling me at work.
