To Whom it may concern,We have been trying to work with Ms*** and the manufacture in regards to getting the unit fixedThere is a part on order that should be in today that will repair the unitOnce the part arrives we will contact the customer and schedule a day to install itI know she
feels we are blowing her off however we are working very hard to resolve this matterEven though her labor warranty is up we are in good faith doing this repair at no charge
