the fact they can see all activity on the card and they won't help at all and the cards are activated when purchased and I am told its not, they should be able to help when they can see transactions related to the cardI will take legal action if you can't help

I closed my secured card account over months agoI called several times requesting my refund/security deposit backEvery time I had the same lengthy scripted responseAnd kept getting bounced from one rep to another, and from one dept to another just to push me to give up on tryingEvery time I call, I have to explain everything againI was given numerous promises that someone will "investigate" and get back to me in few daysIt has been several months and the struggles is real and dreadful

I received $*** *** Card in *** and registered the card, and did not use it until *** as it has an expiry date of ***Upon presenting the card In the store, It was declined, and a telephone call to *** customer service, I was told the card had already been used times in Niagara Falls and had a remaining balance of $***I denied using it and finally was told by CusServthat a customer statement of disputed transaction would have to be filled out times and faxedI went on-line, retrieved the forms, printed the forms, completed the forms, signed the forms, faxed the forms on ***I called to confirm that the forms were received on *** which I was told forms were receivedi was then told a replacement card would be sent out with the amount of the original cardI received a *** card, went to the store to make my purchase and was denied the purchase because the card had only remaining on the cardI called *** CustSer

I received this $*** prepaid card by mail *** as a gift from a person I met *** about years ago Since it was written in large print, "Valid Thru 12/18", I put it away until a convenient time to use it When the time came to use it, I first went online and registered to access the balance on *** (At the time I also thought that this activated the card for me to use it.) Since the full $was available, I decided to use the card soon But when I tried to use it for a service that required payment in*** funds (exactly the $amount), it was not accepted by the machine The clerk said it was because of, " 'insufficient funds', maybe there was a hidden service charge plus the $amount needed to complete the transaction."
I searched online for contact information to ask about this card, When I phoned, I would get the automated voice menu, and not find a way to ask specific questions to get ans

I bought a prepaid Vanilla cardWhen I tried to use it twice it never workedCalled the company and realized that it was missing the CVV number on backI faxed a picture of the card to them and told that I would get a replacement card 7-daysI waited more then days and called backI was told that I was to verify my address and that's why I never got the cardI was never told thisI got pretty mad at this time.*** I waited again 7-days for my replacement cardAgain no cardI called once again and was told that it's still under reviewI tried times to talk to a supervisor and never talked to one ***I called back and again tried to talk to a supervisor because I think it's wrong that I have to wait another 7-days for my replacement card

We received a *** Prepaid *** card as a gift from a friend
When I tried to use it before the expiry date (in ***) for an amount well under the value of the card, which had yet to be used, the card was declined (and it was VERY embarrassing!)
We called the customer service, *** They asked us for all kinds of information that we did not know (such as where and when it was bought - it was a gift!) A friend helped us email your *** around *** or ***, but did not receive any reply Of course, the card has since expired and can't be used

The company unilaterally suspended/closed my account citing "breach of agreement." Refuses to refund remaining balance in my accountKeep giving me the go-arounds like "oh we will refund your money after xx number of days," and then when I followed up, said "oh the refund will be mailed to you."

I notified the company immediately *** and then again of *** and have spoken to two (2) call center employees on two occasions so far without resolution
Therefore this is my formal complaint with regards to *** Prepaid

I purchased two prepaid Debit cards in Canada from The Perfect Gift (ie People's Trust and *** *** in San Jose, CA) Both cards were defective from the factory - missing numbers, unusable I reported this to the *** *** *** where I purchased the cards and urged them to investigate - they found their entire shelves were filled with factory defect gift cards On contact both Peoples Trust and *** *** I was advised that I could not obtain refund but would have to go through their lost card replacement process, requiring me to wait up to business days for a replacement card - this is unacceptable as they sold me (and I expect many others) a defective card that had my money loaded on it and now I have to wait days to get a replacement card Additionally, I am being required to provide my Date of Birth and Name so they can register the replacement card to me before shipping As they are registering the replacement cards in my name, I am no longer ab

When I signed up for my account I was able to provide my initial deposit via email money transferBoth the website and the agent I dealt with (in writing) let me know that I can continue to increase my account by sending funds this wayI called and spoke to someone today who *** insisted I could only send funds by regular postal mail as a bank draftI have written documentation in two places that states otherwise but after minutes I had to get off of the call

My PayPower Pre-Payed card has been locked for more than a monthI've contacted the customer service multiple timesEvery time they say that "someone is going to call within days"Guess what, no one cares to callI left literally requests through customer serviceThen another request through Peoples group Head OfficeAnd while I'm waiting they keep charging me monthly fees, even though the card is locked as they saySeems like the company really stills money from their clients this way*** *** *** *** ***
