REPORTED TO THE CRA'STHE ACTION THAT PEOPLES CREDIT COMPANY TOOK, THAT THE CUSTOMER MENTIONS, WAS INDEED TAKEN ON 10/10/THE STATEMENT THAT THE ACTION WAS TAKEN IN DECEMBER IS INACCURATEI WOULD SUGGEST THAT THE CONSUMER CONTACT PEOPLES CREDIT COMPANY (800-531-X 118) FOR CLARIFICATION

I did speak with *** ** *** before filing the complaint They are the ones who suggested I take this route Peoples credit personnel continued to say they " did not know hiw" to do a rereprensentation, as suggested by *** ** *** so they could get the original monies They were to busy calling and hounding the about paying the amount because interest was being "added daily" I will also contact MasterCard and see if I can address the situation ** their associate business not "knowing" how to conduct a business transaction Again I would like people's credit to reimburse me the Monies that is owed and daily interest every day that they wait !

After a search of our records, no account can be found in the name of this individualMore information from the individual will be required such as any aliases used or the SSI # that is being reported to the CRA's

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: There is an amount ** $that was deposited to People's Credit account with Mastercard that is in "their" account that needs to be retrieved and reimbursed back. Their mastercard *** account has this money in it and People's Credit needs to withdraw it (if they do not know how, they need to contact Mastercard and figure it out) and the monies needs to be reimbursed back to myself. This company continiously called Mr*** and "Hounded" him on repaying the account after they were informed that the money was in the account. It is NOT the clients problem that this company does not know how to fulfill their obligations to their Mastercard account. Peoples Credit OWES ME $and I would like that money asap. ThanksSincerely,*** ***

Company states: We spoke with the consumer when they told us about the issuesThere were two adults and kids in the roomWe did waive extra charges for about seven days since they reserved one adultThey were happy with the resolution that we were giving at that time which was not charging for
the second adultIf there is a continual issue then why did they not bring this to our attention while they were hereThis was also booked *** or *** which a refund would need to be addressed with them

THE CONSUMER DID INITIALLY MAKE THE PRESCRIBED PAYMENTS, BUT WHEN THE ACCOUNT WENT INTO CONTRACTUAL DEFAULT, REPOSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE WAS ATTEMPTED UNSUCCESSFULLYTHE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE LOCATED AND PEOPLES CREDIT COMPANY WAS NEVER ABLE TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE
THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ACCRUING INTEREST AT THE STATED CONTRACT RATE SINCE THE TIME OF THE LAST PAYMENT RECEIVED ON 05/05/

THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION TO REMOVE THE ACCOUNT FROM THE CONSUMERS' CREDIT REPORT. THE RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT WAS SECURED BY THE 2004 NISSAN MURANO. THE VEHICLE WAS REPOSSESSED DUE TO CONTRACTUAL PAYMENT DEFAULT. THE VEHICLE WAS DISPOSED OF AT A COMMERCIAL REASONABLE SALE AND THE CONSUMERS ARE OBLIGATED TO THE CONTRACTUAL DEFICIENCY BALANCE.

THE CONSUMER PURCHASED A 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA FROM PAYLESS AUTO MART ON 10/23/12.
PEOPLES CREDIT COMPANY PURCHASED THE RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT WHICH WAS SECURED BY THE VEHICLE FROM PAYLESS AUTO MART. PEOPLES CREDIT COMPANY DOES NOT SELL MOTOR VEHICLES, WE ONLY PURCHASE EXISTING RETAIL INSTALLMENT...
