Hello,The card ending in [redacted] was charged for $230.08 on 1/18/2016. The same day we refunded the card ending in [redacted] for $230.08. The same day we went to our payment site and voided both transactions. I spoke with the guest, it looks like there seems to be an issue on the bank side not the hotel...
side. Guest is going to call the bank. I've attached the folio which shows the card is charged and refunded the same day. Thank you,[redacted]
After a search of our records, no account can be found in the name of this individual. More information from the individual will be required such as any aliases used or the SSI # that is being reported to the CRA's.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: There is an amount ** $286.41 that was deposited to People's Credit account with Mastercard that is in "their" account that needs to be retrieved and reimbursed back. Their mastercard [redacted] account has this money in it and People's Credit needs to withdraw it (if they do not know how, they need to contact Mastercard and figure it out) and the monies needs to be reimbursed back to myself. This company continiously called Mr. [redacted] and "Hounded" him on repaying the account after they were informed that the money was in the account. It is NOT the clients problem that this company does not know how to fulfill their obligations to their Mastercard account. Peoples Credit OWES ME $286.41 and I would like that money asap. THE ACCOUNTING STAFF ** PEOPLES CREDIT COMPANY HAS REVIEWED THE NECESSARY FINANCIAL RECORDS AND THERE ARE NO UN-RECONCILED FUNDS. I SUGGEST THE CONSUMER HAVE HER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION REPRESENTATIVE CONTACT PEOPLES CREDIT COMPANY TO DESCRIBE HOW AND WHEN THE RE-DEPOSIT ** THE FUNDS TOOK PLACE. THAT WAY THE CONSUMER'S CONCERN MAY BE MORE ADEQUATELY ADDRESSED.
