Per Blue uses bait and switch tactics to lure players into spending money in game. I purchased the Legendary Shank bundle when it was released, and now due to the update I no longer have the unit I paid for.

I've played a game made by perblue called parallel kingdom for more than five years, I've spent real money on this game over this period of time. It's had issues from time to time but They were always fixed in a timely manner. Since the last server update I have been locked out of this game. It's been a long time and I've tried to contact the developers in numerous ways. I've emailed countless times, called perblue location, and much more. I'm not one to complain but im sure this could be a easy fix. As a customer for so long I have been neglected, ignored, and forgotten about. So much for freedom of play.:(

Perblue has a gaming called Parallel Mafia. For sometime now there has been constant harrassment in the game. In reference to a chat ban in which players are being banned for say nothing offensive at all. Many emails have been sent to them about this issue and nothing is being done about. This needs to be addressed immediately. If players are spending real money to.play a game, I would hope they would have a better experience. Our complaints and issues just get pushed aside while they collect our money. Unsatisfactory..

Review: I have been playing this game on to accounts for about 6 months and spent $80.00 on the game. The irresponsibility of this developer and its poor treatment of its paying customers cannot be understated.

There have been numerous bugs that make the game unplayable for periods of time, changes to the nature of the product that alter the value of past purchases, and most of all many many complaints by the people that paid for and play the game.

PerBlue's response has been to block the ability of most players to report bugs, and delete posts on their Facebook page trying to report bugs or make complaints about the game.

I currently am experiencing constant crashes and resultant lost resources. 1500 diamonds (the purchased in-game currency, worth about $15.00) disappeared. I sent PerBlue an email requesting remedy and reporting the bugs approximately two weeks ago and received no response. I sent a few more requests and all were ignored. In that time my game play has suffered and I have not been able to keep up with my empire on this account.

PerBlue should, at this point refund double the diamonds (3000) that disappeared for the broken product (this costs them NOTHING yet they refuse to do it) which they refuse to address or refund all the money I have spent on this product.Desired Settlement: PerBlue should fix the bugs and refund diamonds to my account. Short of that, they should refund the $80.00 I spent on their defective product.

Our support team has no record of any emails from this player, but we would be happy to ensure they correctly receive their resources. By submitting a support ticket using the in-game tools, this player will receive help from our in-house community support team as quickly as possible. Players always receive an instant automated reply, usually followed up by a replay from one of our friendly support agents within a day or two. If this player has not received either of these emails, they may need to make sure they're properly submitting the issue using the in-game tools. Once we receive the email, we'll be happy to make sure this player receives the Diamonds they had purchased.

PERBLUE Started as a small, non-accredited business back in 2008. Their first major success as a digital entertainment company was a server based game designed for mobile devices called Parallel Kingdom. I began playing this game late in the year of 2011. I logged in daily for a stretch of time lasting upwards of 6 months during which I spent nothing, until the week I experienced my first Parallel Kingdom (PK) app crash. Not a big deal, once or even twice in a week is completely acceptible, especially for an unreliable android OS based device which I was at that time using. But that week I experienced around 30 crashes at which point I began looking for a reason for all the problems, whether it be my phone or server over-load or maintenance caused lag. I learned they were updating the game to fix an imbalanced pvp (player versus player) system and to add some new in game purhaseable goods. After a week of customers being outraged over the fact that maintenance was not fixing the lag spikes, boots and app crashes caused by the servers (when a player is kicked from the game) I decided it was time to look for a different game. Nearly 2 years later I'm giving the app a second chance, except this time i've invested around $500 into this game; the money I invested before I realized every problem that caused me to leave the first time hasn't been corrected but has worsened over time with a larger customer base, more in-app purchasable goods and a larger exploratory map system. Today alone (today being 1-18-2014) I have experienced 37 app crashes/server boots (I only began keeping track after about the 10th crash)...but having paid so much into this game I can't simply stop playing, it would be a dead loss investment. I'm not the only customer of this company that has paid this much to this company for this one app and gotten so little in return. This game alone has over 3 million active players of which I'm sure 10% of pay something if even just a little, of the 10% of those that pay, I know at least a 1/4 have paid thousands...one gentleman I know in the game has paid over $2000 USD in this game and has retained his net value for 2 years now, again in game, just to one day log in and have nothing in his inventory or travel list. He emailed them the concern and it took 3 weeks for them to respond and when they finally did they gave him 1/10 of what he had paid for. I'm sorry but that's unnacceptable for any business in any industry setting aside the fact they are getting paid hundreds of thousands, potentially even millions, of dollars every year and putting so little of that back into their quality control and customer service. I appologize for this being such a long complaint over a simple yet necessary server revamp, but I feel as though there are so many customers of this company out there being ripped off and scammed of their money. When Microsoft or Sony receive a single customer complaint it's resolved within a couple days if not the same day. Even with smaller companies like Social Point Games or Zynga these issues appear and disappear being corrected as they come. But with PERBLUE, issues that have been reported and "fixed" and reported again over and over for years on end never seem to ever get resolved. On top of that I've heard reports of players being fined millions of in game currency, which for foul language or racial slurs or any form of derogative communication or any form of intentional miscommunication is understandable. But for you to understand why this is such a problem I need to show you some numbers first. There are two different currencies in game: food and gold. The average fine PERBLUE deals out is around 21 million gold in game. The only purchaseable currency is food, and food comes in 6 different pack sizes ranging from 365 food to 17,425. The largest pack is 17,425 food (also the most cost effective package) and costs $114.99 USD. The exchange rate from food to gold is an average of 420 gold per 1 food. Which means that for each $114.99 you pay, if you were to immediately sell it for gold you'd receive around 7,318,500 gold. So we now take the average fine dealt and divide it by how much gold you receive per each $114.99 food package and you'll get how much cash money PERBLUE charges their more "upset" customers for reporting recurring issues that should no longer even exist. If a company is going to charge a customer more than $300 USD for reporting and complaining about old problems that still need fixing (which is that company's fault) after having just paid the company hundreds of dollars, why are customers not getting any recompense for their invesments? This company as shown time and time again they are nothing more than a couple of high schoolers playing games in their parent's garage while taking money from everyone they come in contact with.

Review: Perblue,Greed for glory .ID # [redacted]. Hello. I have invested time and money into a game called Greed for Glory made by Perblue. I have spent over $30,000 and my account was hacked. I contacted Perblue along with snapshots of everything proving the hack, times, and dates. This happened Sat Aug 29 , 2015. Today, the company has now suspended my account from me and said that I violated their rules. The hacker was portraying to be part of Perblue which Perblue has that information. Now I am not only out of my account but I am out my $30,000 dollars. I have proof of payments along with everything that has happened in the past 2 days. What can I do? This seems to happen to a lot of people with Perblue and they chose to do nothing but victimize the victim even more. Please contact me at your ealiest convenience.Desired Settlement: Total investment into game paid through goggle

Since receiving this players' message, we investigated his account and found that no players had access to the account. After finishing the investigation today (September 4, 2015) we have granted him access to his account. All sales are final, and therefore no refund will be able to be given.

PerBlue is the designer and host of a game called Parallel Kingdom which has over the past year shown a steady decline in customer service support, developer biases to in game players, lack of updated content, failure to properly discipline players exploiting known game glitches and failure to fix glitches and bugs that have been well known and reported for over a year.

Though the game can be played for free, many players chose to upgrade their accounts by purchasing a "platinum" subscription which grants various in game benefits. As a platinum member, I feel completely justified in saying this company treats its customers horribly.
