noise when turning on the faucet I called technical support and spoke to Will D*** He was wonderful! Turns out there were some air bubbles on one of the filters He literally walked me through the whole process; follow the orange line and turn the *** this way, then turn the other *** that way, etc You get the picture that I'm plumbing challenged! To make a long story short, the issue has

My order was quickly shippedWhen it arrived, I found the items well packaged with no shipping damageIn addition, the components appeared to be of high quality and my wife liked the new Brushed Stainless Spigot that matched her new fixture
Before the countertop was installed I read the installation instructions that came with the system and watched installation videos that were available on PWT’s websiteAfter our countertop was installed in January, 2015, I began the installationIt took me a couple of hours to install with the majority of the time consumed on where to place the components under the cabinetAfter installing, I followed the instruction book and filled and drained the reserve tank twice before usingI have to say that the installation was easier than I expectedI did have a question about mounting the permeate pump answered promptly by PWT during the installation
We have been very happy with this systemOur coffee tastes much better and we love the taste of the drinking water and my wife is much happier using the water for cooking and canningFurthermore, we like only having to change some of the cartridges once a year and we were able to eliminate the cartridge we used to have hanging on our faucetAnother benefit of this system is the storage tank holds enough filtered water that the water pressure is high at the spigot so we don’t have to wait while getting water to make coffee and we have never run out of water when needed
After a year of good service, on 12/15/I ordered the first filter change set that came with an instruction sheetIt was an easy installation requiring removing hoses from the old cartridges and inserting into the new cartridges while paying attention to the direction of flow of each cartridgeThe filter change took about minutes (for a rookie) and required a tank flushBack in business for another yearOn 2/6/I ordered a refrigeration connection kit from PWT to connect the icemaker in our new refrigerator and installation was easy and straight forwardOn 2/8/I ordered the second filter change set that I recently installed that went the same as the first set
In conclusion, I think it’s evident that I highly recommend Perfect Water TechnologiesTheir products are high quality, work well, and their support is excellent

I researched the net looking for an under counter water filtration system and found Perfect Water Technologies I ordered their system online and reviewed the installation instructions carefully, thinking I may need a plumber to install the system To my pleasant surprise, I found the system very easy to install Further, once I had installed it, I had full understanding of how it worked and could easily replace the various filters when the time came on my own We are very happy with the system and would recommend it to anyone interested in having a great water system

I just changed my filters on my Perfect Water Technologies, Home Master Hydro Perfection R/O system I had delayed because I thought it would be hard It was not the hardest part was holding the flash light while I worked One filter at a time, just use the filters Perfect Water supplies and its easy Where the small hard plastic tube goes into the filter just gently push on the collet and as you push in on that, pull the tube out Then firmly shove the plastic tube into the new filter and it will seat It's the water pressure that helps those collets provide the water tight seal It took about or minutes with my wife holding the flash light The instructions are very well written, just take five minutes to read them and keep referring back if you need We also have the permeate pump installed which adds some mineral content back in and also helps reduce the amount of water used to complete the R/O filtration process This unit provides very tasty healthy clean and pure water We use the filtered water for all of our cooking needs as well, not just for drinking I have a friend who must change every months, with this unit using these filters from PWT, its a once a year deal That saves money as well Bottled water is expensive and of unknown quality I feel very confident in our PWT R/O system in providing safe, clean and tasty water We have increased our water consumption, which by most all measures is a recommendation of the health industry They tell us to drink lots of water With this product, the water is something to look forward to drinking!
