Four years ago I researched reverse osmosis water purifiers and selected an under sink system from Perfect Water Technologies It has performed flawlessly for four years requiring only the annual filter changes Recently I had an issue with low flow/pressure and called for technical support The tech person talked me through the easy process of adding air pressure to the storage tank which remedied the issue I'm writing this review to express my satisfaction with this American made product, and also for the excellent and quick responding tech support from a state-side person I value good service equally with a good product

I can't say enough about this filtration nor the quality of customer service from this company!
First, the representative helped me choose the perfect system for my point of use in the kitchen We are on a well and had quite a bit of rust and sediment Since we were not sold on soft water the rep recommended the home master series reverse osmosis system for drinking and cooking water, which was my primary concern
System arrived quickly and with written instructions If we have any complaints, and they aren't complaints so much as a wish list item; they need schematics to accompany the written instructions My husband did some hunting and found some video clips on YouTube to help with the installation In all, it was installed fairly quickly and has worked like a champ right out of the gate! I love this thing and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH THE SYSTEM AND THE COMPANY!
I was pleasantly surprised when the rep called us just in time to remind us it was to change the filters, to offer help with the process and to see how we liked the system I was blown away Who offers this level of service in this day and age???
I will certainly recommend Perfect Water Technologies to friends and family and will contact them first if I move into a home without one!
If you want awesome drinking water, get this system....you will not be dissapointed with it, and the attentive customer service will blow you away!

I just changed my filters on my Perfect Water Technologies, Home Master Hydro Perfection R/O system. I had delayed because I thought it would be hard. It was not the hardest part was holding the flash light while I worked. One filter at a time, just use the filters Perfect Water supplies and its easy. Where the small hard plastic tube goes into the filter just gently push on the collet and as you push in on that, pull the tube out. Then firmly shove the plastic tube into the new filter and it will seat. It's the water pressure that helps those collets provide the water tight seal. It took about 10 or 15 minutes with my wife holding the flash light. The instructions are very well written, just take five minutes to read them and keep referring back if you need. We also have the permeate pump installed which adds some mineral content back in and also helps reduce the amount of water used to complete the R/O filtration process. This unit provides very tasty healthy clean and pure water. We use the filtered water for all of our cooking needs as well, not just for drinking. I have a friend who must change every 6 months, with this unit using these filters from PWT, its a once a year deal. That saves money as well. Bottled water is expensive and of unknown quality. I feel very confident in our PWT R/O system in providing safe, clean and tasty water. We have increased our water consumption, which by most all measures is a recommendation of the health industry. They tell us to drink lots of water. With this product, the water is something to look forward to drinking!

Perfect Water Technologies did a tremendous job helping me to easily understand what system I needed and get it ordered for me. I and my family have loved the water system and enjoy healthy clean drinking water.

It was time to upgrade and service our original Perfect Water Technologies RO System. Will came out and was professional, very conscientious and very knowledgeable about the product and how it works. He was timely and finished (to his perfecting standards) in the time he told me it would take. I would recommend not only this product but this company.

I am highly satisfied with Perfect Water Technologies and their products. I have the Home Master Ultra with Artesian upgrade, which is now called the Hydro Perfection kit. The new name describes it perfect, excellent water taste and high flow. The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and easy to understand (USA based). I highly recommend their Reverse Osmosis systems to anyone.

Excellent investment. Very easy installation. Follow the instructions from beginning to end and you shouldn't have any issues. One of my tubes was loose, which was identified and corrected, by testing all connections after pressurizing the system. Water taste is great and I like the fact my family isn't ingesting the many harmful things contained in city water (pharmaceuticals, feces, chlorine, etc). I also like the full water contact concept where the PH ends up around 8 instead of more acidic like a reverse osmosis system would be without adding minerals back into the water. Customer service is top notch and are veteran friendly. Also, I like the fact that it's made in the USA. I highly recommend and am happy with this purchase. Much more affordable than purchasing bottles or going to the local water shops.

Perfect Water Technologies, Inc. has been very helpful in guaranteeing 100% satisfaction from me regarding the quality of their RO product that I purchased and the positive customer service since its installation in my home.

I researched the net looking for an under counter water filtration system and found Perfect Water Technologies. I ordered their system online and reviewed the installation instructions carefully, thinking I may need a plumber to install the system. To my pleasant surprise, I found the system very easy to install. Further, once I had installed it, I had full understanding of how it worked and could easily replace the various filters when the time came on my own. We are very happy with the system and would recommend it to anyone interested in having a great water system.

Perfect Water Technologies exceeded my expectations. The products and the customer service are both of the highest quality. (1) the RO system dramatically improved the quality and taste of the water, and I continually test the water quality with a TDS meter. The RO system works great. (2) Customer service is fantastic. The company reps are extremely knowledgeable and communicate well. They are quick to reply (both phone and email) to any inquiries or problems, and happy to help with getting replacement parts if needed. The representatives were extremely patient with helping me make adjustments to the RO system over the phone. I couldn't have asked for better service. The company really stands behind their product!

Fantastic company! I purchased this system in March and have noticed a rubbing
noise when turning on the faucet. I called technical support and spoke to Will D[redacted]. He was wonderful! Turns out there were some air bubbles on one of the filters. He literally walked me through the whole process; follow the orange line and turn the [redacted] this way, then turn the other [redacted] that way, etc. You get the picture that I'm plumbing challenged! To make a long story short, the issue has
been resolved and the RO is running perfectly. Thank you Will!

Will D[redacted] stayed on the phone with me and told me - step by step - how to replace the filters on my system. Wow! I never thought I could do this. I am not a plumber. He is incredibly patient and fun. He knew what I needed to do even though he could not see under my sink. Amazing. This system is reliable and the water is great. It is so user friendly that there is nothing to do. Just turn on the water and enjoy! I strongly recommend the Home Master system.

I have had this filter system for a year and I am very happy at the job that it does. Would buy another one.

We lost a piece to our water filter while installing. We contacted the company for a replacement and they were more than happy to accommodate us. They even sent a follow-up email to make sure we received the piece.

We are very pleased with our RO system. The quality and taste of our water is incredible. Installation was far less complicated than expected. The videos and site support were great.

Water filter system works great and was not difficult to install. Water tastes great. They did have a problem with the tank valve that was tough to track down, but their representative called me and walked through troubleshooting at the unit. The valve worked only if not all the way open, so it was deceptively hard to find since the act of switching from open to closed and back again pressurized the system just enough for it to work for a second. They expressed me a new valve. The system is working great now! The support folks were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The system replaced a $1300+ system and works better.
