Rich Lcame to service my AC today He was courteous and pleasant and did not try to impress me or sell me anything!!! I have already praised Performance Air Conditioning to others, and Rich has just verified my good opinion of the company

I like this AC company because they get the job donePeriodThey are friendly, very efficient, and go the extra mileWhile showing me how to install the outdoor filer, Ken got the 12-foot ladder, removed all three of the indoor filters that I didn't need anymore, AND changed the light bulbs while he was up on the 12--foot ladder

I am disputing the $charged to my Discover Card on 11/18/for bogus cleaning and repairs on a broken machine The tech never told me there were several large rusty holes in the casing and that the Bryant System was years old and beyond repair They also charged me another $on another card which I have not disputed for this is the maximum they should be paid for a bogus cleaning

Our air went out on New Years Day! When I called I never believed anyone would answer well to my surprise they did! Kerry was here within minutes! He was curteous and very knowledgable! He had our air up and running in a matter of minutes! Love love love Performance Air! They have always been wonderful every time we have needed them!!

Because we couldn't understand the thermostat which was installed with our heat pump, Kerry came today and installed a simpler one as well as checking the installation in our attic and all in generalHe also installed our leaf screen We found him to be very courteous and answered all our questions A great employee we might add! Had a new unit put in the service was the best scott & Rich installed my new unit they explain everything they were doing that was very helpful to meHave had this same company performance air for some time now very happy with ther serviceAlso had a wonderful tech come out on wednesday to sevice my old unit.they call him Bull.Then on saturday thats when the old unit stopped working the compressor quitthey also let me use a portable unit until my new unit was installedThank you for the wonderful service.from one to ten they get a ten thanks again [redacted] ***
