Rich did a very good job and we enjoyed having him in our home.

Bi-annual maintenance was done on 3/17/2016 by tech Rich L. He was very thorough, professional and friendly.

We had our air conditioning units services in two of our condos. Rich [redacted] was the Service Technician. The service was excellent: he was informative, polite and on-time. It is my opinion that he was very thorough. Because we are not in our units full-time, they had never been serviced before and he was able to let us know what work needed to be done and what was functioning without any issues. We were very pleased.

we had our 40 year old ductwork replaced and had new grills installed. The work was done quickly with little interruption to our daily routine. Justin, Rich and Scott were very professional, answering all of our questions and asking our preference regarding the air ducts direction. They cleaned up all areas where they had worked.

They were prompt and the work was done in less time than we expected.

I would recommend this Company to anyone needing this service.

Performance AC is the best. I've been using them for over 10 years in two different houses I've lived in and never had a complaint. All the technicians are very knowledgeable about the maintenance of the units and the ladies in the office are very helpful

Because we couldn't understand the thermostat which was installed with our heat pump, Kerry came today and installed a simpler one as well as checking the installation in our attic and all in general. ORIGINALLY HAD PERFORMANCE COME OUT AND INSPECT THE A/C IN OUR NEW HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY ORGANIZED. PRESENTED ALL OF THEIR OFFERINGS VERY CLEARLY. CALLED THEM BACK WHEN I NEED A DRYER VENT CLEANING. AGAIN VERY PROFESSIONAL. CLEANED THE VENT AND OFFERED ADDITIONAL A/C SERVICES.

Our air went out on New Years Day! When I called I never believed anyone would answer well to my surprise they did! Kerry was here within 30 minutes! He was curteous and very knowledgable! He had our air up and running in a matter of minutes! Love love love Performance Air! They have always been wonderful every time we have needed them!!

Rich [redacted] was the air conditioning service tech that showed up yesterday. He was very timely, very knowledgable and happy to answer any questions that I had. This was just a routine 6 month check of my system so no major problems to deal with. I think that Performance AC is generally unnecessarily pricey and I was never going to use them again. HOWEVER, Rich L was so thorough and easy to talk to that I'll stick with them a little longer.

Rich L. came to service my AC today. He was courteous and pleasant and did not try to impress me or sell me anything!!!. I have already praised Performance Air Conditioning to others, and Rich has just verified my good opinion of the company.

I called Performance Air Conditioning as they listed they were dealers of the brand I have for central air/heat. I spoke with Dan who answered the phone and was extremely friendly, answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Later that day received a call from Kaitlyn I believe to confirm my appointment for the next day and explain that I would get a call with an estimated time about an hour out from arrival, which did happen. Mike [redacted] and Austin came out, they were very professional, looked over my entire system, diagnosed, explained to me the costs and options. I wanted the unit fixed as it wasn't even five years old and still under warranty. They ordered the parts to be picked up and delivered to my house and they went to work, taking the bad parts out. Mike explained everything along the way. They were extremely efficient and my air was bad on by 5pm. I would recommend Performance Air Conditioning Services, Inc in Largo to anyone that needed work done on their air conditioning.

rich came in and took care of the problems. did a great job taking corrective actions on the indoor and outdoor units. recorded results and went over with me when he was finished. rich was very well spoken, understood operation, and able to explain everything to me about my unit.

On January 10, 2017, we called Performance A>C> to have our A/c unit checked out because it was making a noise. They sent us Anthony A. to check out our problem. Upon arrival, he listened to our concern and went to work to find out how he could solve our problem. After finding our problem he showed us and discussed what had to be done. He worked and cleaned his mess which I would have done he was polite and showed us how if we did a up keep contract and how it would pay off in the long run. You should be very proud of this gentleman for being so dedicated to his work and to us for his work he did. We appreciate him and his knowledge. Thank you for a great job done.
