I believe there still remains some misunderstanding You were originally approved by the servicer (not Performance Settlement) for a REPAYE (pay as you earn) repayment plan As the title states - pay as you earn - if you earn more income, then your payment will increase Our records indicate that the higher payment of $was an outcome of you doing the recertification on your own - and that you contacted our company on 12/14/to request that we submit your recert again for you - which we did not due to 1) you had already submitted, and 2) we would have garnered a higher payment as well since it's all based on your earnings Your loan servicer, [redacted] , determines the payment amount based on your proof of income - Performance Settlement does not Performance Settlement provided the service that we guaranteed Please see attached quote that was provided to you in January of

I found myself in a financial hardship where it was impossible to pay my credit cards which I was living off ofI didnt want to claim bankruptcy and I did want to be responsible and pay my debt I found Performance Settlement and have to say I feel as though they held my hand during this rough process, explained everything to me where I could understand the process I find myself blessed to have found a company that will help me, and not judge me

Performance Settlement responded to this complaint immediately by contacting our client upon notification of her concernsWe were able to resolve our client's concerns by communicating effectively and explaining any disconnect we may have hadUpon our mutually agreed resolution our client confirmed she no longer has any disputes with our services and would like to remove the complaint

Performance Settlement does not have access to wire funds from a client's accountA third party trust account provider is used and only debits a client's account in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract signed by the clientRobo dialers are not used as a telemarketing tactic for Performance Settlement and all outbound call campaigns used within the organization are to actively enrolled clientsOur telephone systems provide an option to opt out and remove clients from our call lists in order to minimize the amount of communication that takes place with the client

I have been with Performance for about monthsSo far, my debts have not been resolved as not enough time has passed but they are very close to the negotiations with one of my creditors and I am confident that this will go as promised as they have been very honest from day one about the reduction of the amount of debt that I would actually payMy payment was lowered immediately and I have not received one call or letter from a single one of my creditors as Perfomance has handled all of that just as promisedThe lower payment was a tremondous help but not having the stress of dealing with my creditors or being harrassed has been an absolutel Godsend Their support staff is extraordinary! I became a customer of Performance Settlement almost two and one-half years ago
with ten credit cards debts totaling in excess of $55, To date they have successfully
resolved all but three making and by the time I have completed making the monthly pay-ments in the program that I am in I expects the remaining debts to be fully resolved and satisfied as well
I expect my savings in principal and in interest will well exceed the amount that I am actually paying Performance Settlement
Their staff has always been readily available, very courteous, and responsive to
questions and special requests
Also, the regular monthly updates by individual credit card debt have been
highly informative and appreciated

This complaint has been forwarded to our Human Resources Department for review since this complaint is from a previous employee of Performance SettlementPer the Revdex.com policy, it seems this is not a consumer complaint about our services so it is not a service the Revdex.com providesWe request this please

Before we can fully address your complaint, please clarify which creditor you refer to in your statement 'they agreed to pay my creditor in October 2017.' Please note that we are thoroughly reviewing your file - including all of the notes in our system when you contact us to remove creditors
from the program (each time one was removed - beginning in May, 2016, the payment/settlements had to be reconfigured). Because of the length of time the file was active, there are several notes and documents to get through. We will have a more calculated response to you no later than the 12th of March

Our company is continuing to work with the client - see attached email dated 4-6-

I signed up with this program because I felt that the lady Cheryl worked with me very wellShe was caring, she was empathetic, she had all the great customer service skills that a representative should deliverI asked her specific questions and she lied to me and convince me to sign up with the programWhen I received my welcome call I asked those specific questions again and the gentleman told me the truthI called Cheryl back asked to speak to her supervisor she disconnected the call on meWhen I called back again I spoke with her supervisor and he was extremely rude to meHe did not defer to me, he kept interrupting meHe spoke with a tone of attitude and judgementWhen he apologized to me that I felt that way I did he said I"m sorry you FEEEELLLL that wayWhy would anyone want to deal with a company like this? I then spoke to this man's supervisor/manager and this supervisor was very niceHis name was DominicHe had great customer service skillsHe was pleasant polite and apologetic on behalf of his coworkersHe informed me he would pull the calls and take the appropriate disciplinary actions against Cheryl and her supervisorMy program is on hold currently and I"m not 100% sure I will continue the programI will probably look at dealing with another company who doesn't start the business relationship off with lies

Even though I had doubts in the beginning of this program it worked out just fineI was reminded ahead of time for payments so I was ready on my due datesOnce the program begins you cannot wait for it to be doneI learned to be patient do without things I don't need so if could have done this so can youThanks you Performance Settlement
