Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This is a total scam.  The [redacted] told me that I would be the exclusive provider/listing.  This is what the agreement attached states  as well and what is listed under bullet point #2.  There is nothing in there about a 200 mile radius and the fact is, we cover the whole state of AZ in regards to tutoring services.
Revdex.com- In the last 3 years, they have had 17 complaints and you still list them as a A+.  This also seems like a joke.

This merchant agreed to the terms of the agreement on 10.*.14 to be listed on a landing page we are creating for a client in their area. All of our calls are recorded for qualify control and the call was reviewed. Upon the review their were no false statements made. The call that this merchant...

mentions with a [redacted] was reviewed as well. Upon review their was no disrespect. In fact, defamatory statements were made to the [redacted] in question about the legitimacy of our company.
I am more than willing to offer proof of our relationship with he said client they chose to be promoted to and proof of promotion. Our rep in question did speak to multiple similar business types to offer inclusion into this program however we did only secure one so we are not in breach, this is normal procedure; we do not offer inclusion to everyone we speak to it is more of an interview process. I have no problem with speaking to this merchant directly should they have any further questions. Thank you.

This merchant signed up and signed an agreement to be promoted to one of our clients. This merchant received all promised forms of advertising. I have attached the agreement which states all funds are considered firm and may not be refunded. I have attached  the welcomes emails the merchant...

claimed to never have received.  This merchant also logged in to their account which could only be done if they were in receipt of the emails they claim to never have received. This program launched to the client in the time frame out agreement designates. A refund is not warranted. I would like to, in good faith have or production team work with this merchant to change their incentive and possibly send out additional marketing materials on their behalf. Please have this merchant contact me directly so I can forward them tot he appropriate party. Thank you.[redacted]

I spoke to merchant in question. We are working out the details to keep them involved in the program. There was a disconnect as far as the timeline it takes for the merchants information to go live but I believe I eased their concerns. I am looking into additional means to promote this merchant to the client. We have a follow up scheduled.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am not sure who the person is that it's writing this statement since I have not dealt with her. I've attached several copies of the e-mails on this site still showing errors.I did sign up for the service on February[redacted] of 2014.On March ** the company contacted me about the remaining $295 At which point I made it very clear and even before the $295 was due that I was unable to log into their system. We did correspond back and forth back and forth I shall dim screen captures of the issues and they still haven't fixed it.I'm not sure why they say their site works when it doesn't upon login
I would enter my login information and password and when I hit enter the error screen keeps popping up which is attached to this complaint. It was never fixed and as of today's date it still is not working. I sent messages to the support department never receiving a reply. So when they contacted me on March ** about the $295 I told them that there are's website doesn't work and that I'm not going to give them any more money until they have met, fixed. They said they would waive the $295 which I appreciate however still as of today's date I received nothing from them and still am unable to login.
I am tired of playing games with this company.  They should know how to set up an account and have it properly working.
I want a refund in full.  $409.95
I cannot add the other 3 pages to this page so I will reply again with the other 3.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I must have missed something in our conversation I thought I made it very clear that I wanted my money back.  Not part of it but all of it.  They voided their own contract by not providing any services.  But if they don't want to do the right thing and refund the full amount, then I guess that's on them and their Revdex.com record.

Wasted over $700 with this company to advertise for 2015. Was told the membership would ONLY be for 2015, but I checked my bank statement and have been charged a monthly fee each month of 2016 (it's March). Called to get it cancelled and have the 2016 fees reversed, but I was told they could only reverse this month's. Did not see a single customer as a Perks member -- do not waste your money.

In good faith I would be open to offering to remove this merchant since they clearly do not want to work with us with the state. I am also willing to refund this merchant a portion of their investment. Please reach out to me to discuss. Thank you.

Review: My business which is maternal child health, including HypnoBirthing Classes was sought by this company for one of their ** clients, Electric Boat in [redacted]. They were looking for someone who would be listed in their program as the "sole provider" of maternity services. They said if I could give an incentive (discount on my class fee) it would attract clients and I would get calls for couples to take my class. I was promised in writing, exclusive featured merchant, listing, announcement to EB in an introductory letter (which I never saw), inclusion in quarterly emails sent to the client (never saw these either), access to all discounts on their site (this did happen), a link to/from my detail page on our site to my website (I have no personal website so this was to the HypnoBirthing website) and my logo on my detail page. I do not recall being asked for this. I sent an email to [redacted] ([redacted]) and [redacted] ([redacted]) now, twice to say that I have not heard from anyone at ** since April of this year, when my program was launched, now have I seen any newsletters or announcements. I have not had any reply to my emails either. I told them if I did not hear back from them I was going to contact the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I paid them $595 for the above promises. I did sign a contract. However, I feel that I have been ripped off. Especially since I have not heard a word from them. I would at least like back half of the money I paid for the months remaining on the one year contract. I would like to have this on record so that others may know of this before they get involved in this and may choose not to do business with this company.

Response:

This merchant signed up to offer an incentive off her services to one of our clients on 3/**/2013.

At this time all terms of the agreement were honored. She was listed on the clients landing page, included in the initial newsletter and this program was delivered on 4/*/13. Our client even posted the program on their intranet which is outside the requirements laid out in our agreement with them.

We cannot control if the services she provides will be utilized, although that is the intention of all parties involved.

There are 6 months left on this program and I would be willing to offer her additional marketing services at no cost. These services include but are not limited to an email blast to registered users and a solo flyer distributed to the client in the intention of an additional intranet posting on their behalf.

Proof of listing, proof of delivery and proof of internet posting is attached.

Please have this merchant contact me directly to discuss.

Review: The [redacted] tells me on 2/*/2014 that I will be the exclusive service provider for Tutoring. Then on 2/**/2014, I get a lead from my website from the same sales person - [redacted] saying that they are looking for a tutoring service for the same program I am supposed to be the exclusive provider. This is a scam and breach of contract. I am expecting a full refund as this scam is trying to sign up multiple businesses telling them they will all be exclusive which is a lie.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $704.95 as services have never been rendered and the contract was breached by them..

Business

Response:

The fact that this merchant received a duplicate email looking for a tutor was a sheer mistake. I have attached the agreement for which this merchant signed that states they are the exclusive Tutoring service for Maricopa county. The program we do is a statewide program where we provide savings solutions statewide for their employees. When working with a statewide client we are asked to provide savings in all communities that the employees live and work. So we sign up businesses to be exclusive for their area and or county (signed agreement states this arrangement) because we know that an employee in a county 200 miles away is not going to drive for tutoring services. Not only was this explained but it is logical that we would look for tutoring services in other counties to benefit the employees. The rep in question was asked to work on tutoring services in other areas and she emailed the merchant by mistake. We are not promoting any other tutoring services in the county within the webpage we provide the client. We are not in breach, there is no reason for a refund and we are not a scam.

I would be more than happy to discuss this with the merchant, she can contact me directly on the number below. It is also important to state that this merchant did not call us to question what happened, they instead filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and also are trying to stop payment through their credit card.

Review: Offered sales pitch to participate in Perks program. Program was misrepresented with respect to cost and benefit to provider. Also, [redacted] indicated I was being selected as the only provider in my area, which was not true as this same program was also offered to my colleague. When I called the program within a 24 hour period to cancel my participation, I was told that was not possible, and was treated disrespectfully by a [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want the full charges to be refunded immediately, and no further charges billed to my credit card. I want my name removed from any Perks advertising or promotion materials.

Review: I received an email from PerksConnect offering to advertise my nutrition business to a network of 600 city employees of Palm Beach Gardens. Since I'm starting a business and need new clients I accepted their offer and paid $395 by credit card. They told me the service would start it 2-3 weeks. It never started. I searched the internet and found several complaints similar to mine, and several stating that the business is a scam. After many calls with no return, I finally got hold of them to cancel the service since it did not start as promised. I asked for a refund to my credit card. They refuse to pay and say that I agreed to no refund verbally. I do not remember any verbal agreement regarding waiver of refund if service was cancelled, specially considering that the service was never delivered. I would appreciate it very much if Revdex.com could help me receive the refund of the $395 that was charged to my credit card. I called my credit card and informed them that the charge is being disputed. Thank you for your attention, [redacted].

Review: Through phone conversation with sales representative Program Administrator: [redacted] (LI). He called to tell me that now is the time to partner with the State Employees Association of North Carolina. He is saying that for $1000 dollars I would be put on a website with 55,000 employees who would call me for my business services. This new website would be live in two weeks and I must act now. He says this other business pay 3500 dollars for this service. Through continual lies about this service and runarounds about the new website which still is not active.Desired Settlement: Full refund... or legal action will take place, from the authorities involving the Government. I have proof that lies are being told from the beginning. Enough of the runaround for two months. My patience is up.

Response:

[redacted] of Improve credit signed up on 8/*/2013 to offer their services and a discount to the [redacted] members through their Perks Platform. I have attached proof of listing.

There are various levels that a merchant would pay to participate. There are merchants that did in fact pay $3,500 to advertise their business on a rotator on the [redacted] website that we design for them. The same website that Improve Credit is on. We also worked with [redacted] on a negotiated fee so he could participate at a lower level.

There were no lies told however a miscommunication. [redacted] has been a client of ours for over 10 years, I would have no problem connecting [redacted] and our contact at [redacted] together on a call to confirm the program, the relationship and the launch of their program.

Thank you.

Review: PerksCard Network, [redacted], misrepresented the potential benefit to our small, local Boulder, Colorado business. They offered a service that failed to deliver a single prospect in one year! We paid $595 for the service and tried different approaches to getting our money's worth by using the online system, to no avail.

The primary problem is that this card is unlikely to be used by most employees at the company where the PerksCard program is offered. This card is provided to employees free of charge; thus, it appears few, if any, choose to use this online system to discover your offer. Despite the clamor from the sales office in NY, this service simply does not deliver the result small businesses want. Do not fall prey to the net-zero-gain promise of "you will be the only company listed in this service/product category within this PerksProgram." We even used the mobile perksconnect.com system and gave potential customers more than 50% off regular rates, but this did not deliver either.

People seldom use these cards anymore, and much less, expect to find their business of choice within this system. People use [redacted] nowadays to begin conducting any product or service search within their cities. If you are a small business, you are better off using the $600 on [redacted] or [redacted] ads. Or simply use the $600 toward real customers who buy and redeem offers on services such as Groupon; at the very least you will get a client you can serve who can then, based on your great customer service, potentially stay with you for future visits.

PerksCard Network main office is located on [redacted]. salesDesired Settlement: The reason for our complaint is simple: We want to make sure other small businesses do not make the same mistake we did. For us, $600 is a large part of our yearly advertising budget. Our company could have easily used this in more fruitful and productive ways.

Response:

This merchant signed up to promote their business on 12/**/2013 to one of our clients. Upon which; their ad was published as promised. The merchant did call into our customer service department and we responded each time. As a courtesy we gave the merchant FREE access to the merchant dashboard to be able to update their offer, send messages and create hot deals on 7/**/2014. The merchant did not activate this service until 8/**/2015 and to date has logged in only 2 times and has not updated their offer or sent any messages which is the benefit of the service and can greatly impact usage. As an additional courtesy I instructed my [redacted] to reach out to our client to see if there is any additional means to promote them since the discount they are offering is great. I anticipate an answer by the end of this week, of which I will communicate to this merchant.I also have additional clients in their area which they may be interested in, particularly fortune 50 companies. Please have this merchant reach out to me directly if they would like to be promoted at no charge.Thank you.

Review: On June **, 2015, I received a phone call from Jennifer R[redacted] of Perks Card. She told me that Perks Card just signed an exclusive agreement with the [redacted] and [redacted] to offer benefits to their employees in the form of merchant discounts. I was asked if I wanted to be premiered as the only Realtor to this select group of professionals - I was verbally assured maximum exposure to this target audience as a condition of Perks Card's contractual relationship with [redacted] and [redacted]. The pitch was perfect, Jennifer R[redacted] was a slick sales person and she used every trick in the book to get me to agree to signing on immediately, rush, rush, rush, you don't want to miss out on this deal or else I will go to [redacted], a top agent from my office. She knew just how to get me to sign by building false trust and naming a high performer in my market. Foolishly, I agreed to participate and paid $1495.00 via credit card. Once they had my money in hand, I was left feeling foolish. They do not return phone calls, do not respond to emails, I do not have the promised website, or knowledge that they have fulfilled any of the promises mentioned over the phone.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND of my $1495.00 plus immediate termination of my contract with this company. I do not wish to participate in any Perks Card activities or promotions.

Response:

This merchant signed up to work with our clients. She received the welcome emails, proof request and we responded to update her initial listing. Of which we updated for her. She also received the welcome email we sent for her to activate her merchant dashboard of which she has not. This merchant informed we that she spent money a few days/weeks after with an advertising type company( which is nothing like our company) this interaction is what made her have second thoughts about us. She also claimed that the representative that she spoke with on 4 occasions from our firm was not upfront with her about what to expect. I reviewed the calls and the representative on various occasions explained the time line and what to expect. The agreement that was signed is not subject to cancellation and may not be refunded. In a matter on good faith I have our corporate director reaching out to our client to see if we can send out additional marketing materials on her behalf. This is beyond the scope of our obligation and is being attempted as a professional courtesy.Thank you.

Review: [redacted] from Perks Card contacted me as a licensed therapist and hypnotherapist in order to locate one therapist to treat Sony clients she was contracted with who suffer from many types of personal issues and asked if I would like to come on board to work for them which I stated yes, I would agree to see these Sony clients in my private [redacted]s Psychotherapy. She interviewed me fully as to my credentials , years in practice, populations I treat and fees for services. She then referenced a 895 fee and to go to my computer to see her information which was an invoice similar to an advertising agreement. I thought all the while she genuinely was a referral source for Sony employees and now my red flag went up. I then asked her to waive the website advertising and any other mobile app she was proposing to charge me for and to just send me the clients. She stated the fee is negotiable to 695 or two payments of 445 but not free. This entirely was a deceptive business practice because I truly was told she was calling to find a therapist best suited for Sony employees or hypnotherapist, but in fact, she was trying to get me to pay her for clients. I called a manger there stating my feelings of this being a scam, who defended her company as a for profit company not guaranteeing a client. Yet, they were intentionally deceptive as should introduce themselves as an advertising company and not as a Sony employee referral source, initially seeming genuine with this bag of tricks up their sleeves. I wasted a few hours of my time on three different days speaking to this [redacted] thinking she was legit, which she was not. If I am contracted with Sony as a therapist to work for them as she put it, I should not have to pay a cent for it to them and I did not, However, on [redacted] there were therapists who gave then money for hospital contracts who realized they were ripped off and not being refunded. I filed my own complaint also on this site and feel this company is no different than any other company on news.Desired Settlement: I desire for wasting my valuable work time which I spent speaking to them to be sent the clients they initially asked me to work with but free because they shouldn't be trying to take advantage of therapists, the very people who try to help many people . In my case I don overcharge anyone and am not about money but I do not like people such as this who try to prey upon a genuine person in the helping profession for money.

Business

Response:

This business did speak to multiple people in our office about working with one of our clients. I feel that there is a disconnect between the opportunity that we presented and their perception. For that we apologize. However we have been in business for almost 27 years and work with clients all over the country providing them with local saving opportunities in their communities. That is why we reached out to this business to see if they would like to promote themselves, and offer a discount to our client through the Perks program we have been asked to design. There are fees associated with this promotion of which we explained and sent disclosing paperwork. This may have been the first time this business received a call like this but that in no way warrants us to give it to them for free especially after this business emailed us stating we were a scam and a rip off. They also posted negative comments that are not fact or warranted about our company online. I find it defamatory and we will not be threatened into giving out free advertising. If this business thinks so low of us to write negative comments online then why would they want to work with us? The fact is that we work very hard in managing relationships and we are in the business to help people and after the multiple conversations, emails and negative posts online I am not willing to subject our client to this either.

Review: Perks card claimed that I would be the sole provider listed. My company is not even listed on the web site. there has been no follow up whatsoever. I was promised the following:

Incentives for my employees

Quarterly newsletters

mobile application

Employee notification on their dashboard.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund back to my credit card.
