This merchant is currently being promoted to the said clientI have attached screenshots of her listingsThis merchant received welcome emails, dashboard activation emails as well as an email that said the program was liveThe client has been in receipt of the program since and has distributed to the staff as contractually obligated to do soThe services have been rendered as promised and a refund is not warranted

This merchant signed up to promote themselves to one of our clientsThey filed a charge back with their bank but their bank found it in our favor because this merchant signed an agreement that said deposits a reconsidered firm and may not be refundedThis merchant is live on the site( screenshot attached)A refund is not warranted

Please see attached ad and detail page on the website of which this merchant questioned and paid forI have also attached additional communications of which this merchant claims to not have receivedThere was dialog that went on between our company and this merchant but once a claim has been placed with the credit card company it is our policy to handle that dispute with the bankEvery bank has the best interest of their customers and research details to find in favor of the party who should be in favorWe do not work directly with Chase and the bank found in our favor because of the documentation we submitted which is the same documentation I am submitting here

This merchant signed up to be promoted to said clientThere are numerous communications attached that show the logo we received was the logo we posted, which were approvedThe site this merchant is promoted on is a closed site which only the members have accessWe provide screen shots of his ad to give him access to see his informationThis is all we are permitted to do by our clientThe man program page for this client of which this merchant participated in is on a public website, [redacted] This merchant also received welcome information, dashboard activation and the launch letter via email( attached)The merchant had two merchant dashboards of which one was cancelled, In lieu we have cancelled the additional dashboard and refunded the merchant the charges of that dashboard.The services have been rendered a refund is not warrantedHowever the client has an event coming up in SeptemberI will check with our client to see if we can promote this merchant in additional ways at the convention as a courtesy Thank you

This merchant signed up to promote themselves to one of our clients on 7/*/At that time their information was loaded into our systemThis merchant received their proof and the letter of launch when the program went liveThis merchant denied the dashboard service at the time of
purchase which is a crucial component to the success of a merchant; for it gives the merchant the ability to communicate to the employees that have downloaded the app.Outside that, this merchant did speak with our customer service department in reference to their concernsAs a walk through was administered we were not seeing the same issues on our endThe merchants information was showing up as we were contractually obligated to promote themThe demand for a refund was made regardless of our attempts, which include sending the merchant screen shots of their information live on he siteThere are a few fixes that we are more than willing to do for the merchant to be able to view their information and we are not sure as to why they are not seeing their informationWe have checked on multiple computers using multiple browsers to make sure the merchants information is live and it is, I have attached the screen shots we supplied to the merchant.A refund is not warrantedThe merchant signed an agreement, attached, that states that the exclusivity refers to the landing page and that all payments are firm and may not be refundedI would like to have the merchant speak to customer service to attempt to fix the issues on their end

My major area of discord is the nature that my company became associated with PerksWe were told that there was a great interest and that if no calls or inquiries were made that they would do everything they could to garner interestI feel that all their promises were liesWe are allegedly on their card so that should be quite visible to the patronsI am appalled that not one person even called to inquire from *** HospitalSo where is this interest? I want our money back, if not in full at least the appropriate calculated amount for the remaining monthsI am deeply disappointed in Perks and want to disassociate with them immediatelyTheir dashboard idea is a meaningless effort to mask the fact that no one from *** has interest in our services

I worked out a solution with this merchant directly

Based upon the facts of this , the merchant did receive what they paid forIn my original Revdex.com response I offered additional means of exposure to compensate and I have not heard back from the merchantSince this merchant is now unhappy with the look of their ad I am also willing to upgrade their placement for free all in good faithPlease contact me directlyThank you.*** ***

I spoke with *** *** today, 10/**/and we amicable resolved the issue

The issue at hand is not one of advertising and jumping the gun when it doesn't succeedThe Perks Company reached out to meJennifer R*** from perks contacted my business to see if we would be a good fit for a Perks offerShe said that usually they do aesthetics separately from weight loss practices, but because we fit both criteria we would be perferct for ***She insisted that there was a lot of interest, even when I mentioned the distance our office is from the hospital, she assured me that people would inquire, particularly because our offers and discounts were so goodI expressed concerns about the company and the price, again I was assured that there was interestWhen you place an advertisement you the small business seek out a resource to advertise, obviously there is no guaranteeIn this particular situation my small business was sought out and we were told that there was interestI am not even stating that we have had no paying clients - I certainly understand that in advertising of all nature there is no way to guarantee a sale - I am stating that there has not been one single call or inquiryThis brings me back to my point that this service scammed myself and my small businessWe were told that our 3,000$ would put us on the perks card - that should be enough to warrant curiosity from people, I would thinkAlso we are listed on the website and if people are searching for weight loss and aesthetics we should come up.My dissatisfaction stems from empty promises we were givenHad I sought Perks certainly this wouldn't be an issue - it's a risk you takeBut, Perks (Jennifer R***) sought us outI was told that they were calling several businesses, but because of our discounts, that we were the best fit and that *** clients would be willing to travelEverything Jennifer told me was a lie and that is why I want to dissociate from PerksTwo months is plenty of time to at least garner some interest - again as I was told there was a lot of interest from ***Again, not one phone call has come from a Perks memberThis is why I would like a refund - because I do not want to associate with a business that seeks out small businesses and tells them lies just to make a sale.No amount of help or added website exposure can correct that kind of behavior.I will not contact anyone directly from that company, because frankly I do not trust any person from Perks

I don't know why the company mentioned the dashboard. When I was initially sold this program, I was informed that the only function of the dashboard was to make changes to my ad myself, without going through Perks. I don't understand what they're talking about regarding communicating directly with program participants. I was never informed about this, or told that there was any way to communicate directly with program participants.  Attached is a screen shot from my computer. The area where my ad is supposed to show up is completely blank. I have checked this on multiple computers and browsers. In addition, their advertising sales practices are less than forthcoming. Besides the dashboard issue above, I was told I would be the only acupuncturist in this company's Perks program. That's apparently not the case, and I only found out once the program launched. I was also never informed that there were different levels of advertising, or given a choice of options. When I asked if there were different price options, I was told no, there was only the one option. Apparently, there was a lot of information that should have been provided, but was not.

This merchant signed up to promote themselves to one of clients in the NY area. The program for which they paid for launched to the client on 1/*/2015 which is quicker than we were contractually obligated to do. I have attached screenshots of this merchants listing. This merchant never registered on...

the website nor did they take advantage of the dashboard which gives the merchant the ability to communicate to the employees of our client through the mobile app. This merchant did not contact us until this morning, which was well over a year since this program and listing expired. Services were fully rendered and no refund is due

While Perks continues to state that they have provided me with all forms of advertising promised, I must continue to disagree.  I have attached some email correspondence where I expressed my immediate concerns after the first time that I logged onto the site and attempted to set up my online profile.  On May [redacted], I expressed concerns that I looked like a very general merchant on their site, and not an "exclusive featured merchant" as I had been told.  I received a response on May [redacted] assuring me that I was an exclusive featured merchant, but the program had not yet launched.  On June [redacted], I once again expressed concerns and received a reply on June [redacted] that the program should launch in a week.  I've never received further correspondence after this, and several emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. When I finally called a different 800 number that  I found online last week, Bernie S[redacted] told me the program "had been live from day one."  You can see from the email documentation at this is not what I was continually led to believe. If the program has been live from day one, I am confused as to why I have in writing on June [redacted] that the program was launching a week.  I am also unclear why I have not received one call or inquiry about my business if I am exclusively featured in the program.  I realize that I am a very small business, and perhaps one could say I was just foolish to fall for this promise of exclusivity. I have learned my lesson.  I do truly feel I deserve a refund for the way I have been treated and I would also like other small businesses to be aware of the dangers of falling for these promises of exclusivity.
