Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Perks Card has NOT provided a website listing.  They keep providing a screen shot, however when one goes there it does NOT show our listing - and I can explain exactly why.  FURTHER the url for the member site that we have to use, was NOT approved.  We were unable to approve this as PERKS did not obtain permission from SwedishAmerican or allow us to do so, for the custom url.   They don't have an approved proof from us.  They are not providing an "approvable proof" They can't even get their customer (me) through the proof stage.  They don't deserve to be paid for ANYTHING. Our hands our tied.  We have received NOTHING from this organization.  There are LOADS of very similar complaints about them.   THINK - why would a reputable organization have SOOO many very similar complaints if they are providing what they say. Additionally - on May *, 2017, after attempting to work with them, when I found my "unapproved" listing published on the PEPSICO site, after they told [redacted] not to talk to me about the url, I told them in writing that I no longer wanted their listing and to refund my money.  Image attached.

This merchant signed up to be promoted to said client. There are numerous communications attached that show the logo we received was the logo we posted, which were approved. The site this merchant is promoted on is a closed site which only the members have access. We provide screen shots of his ad...

to give him access to see his information. This is all we are permitted to do by our client. The man program page for this client of which this merchant participated in is on a public website, [redacted].  This merchant also received welcome information, dashboard activation and the launch letter via email. ( attached). The merchant had two merchant dashboards of which one was cancelled, In lieu we have cancelled the additional dashboard and refunded the merchant the charges of that dashboard. The services have been rendered a refund is not warranted. However the client has an event coming up in September. I will check  with our client to see if we can promote this merchant in additional ways at the convention as a courtesy.  Thank you.

This merchant attached documents which I would like to explain. The first document is the letter that we received from our client that states the relationship is real. There is also a breakdown of services they were to receive as part of their participation and another was the agreement that they...

signed. The program launched prior to the contractual date, all promissory means of exposure were carried out and approved by merchant prior. The merchant did reach out to us and we did explain that the contract they signed was not eligible to cancellation and or a refund. At that time we suggested for them to utilize the merchant dashboard to communicate hot offers and messages to the employees that have downloaded the app. There is no additional cost for this, as a matter of fact we cancelled their reoccurring billing to be able to use this feature and left it on for them to use for free. We did not ask for more money. which is my suggestion today. The dashboard is a great tool to communicate and that is the key to marketing. I would also like to offer additional means of exposure in the form of a flyer for this merchant at no cost. The program launched the end of June and is valid for an entire year for a reason. The more they are in front of the employees and the various ways that is carried out the more opportunity for utilization. Please contact me directly so I can direct you to the right department to walk you through the dashboard and flyer design.Thank you.Mary S[redacted]?

This merchant signed up to be promoted to one of our clients on 5/**/2017 through the clients Perks program. The clients Perks program was delivered in accordance within the terms of the agreement. This merchant is currently promoted as elected. If the credit card company found it in our favor that...

is because we provided viable facts and documentation that the merchants services were rendered. A refund is not warranted. I have attached communications sent to the merchant, proof of delivery to the client as well as proof of this merchants ad on their Perks program. This merchant has received what they paid for.

This merchant signed up to work with our clients. She received the welcome emails, proof request and we responded to update her initial listing. Of which we updated for her. She also received the welcome email we sent for her to activate her merchant dashboard of which she has not. This merchant...

informed we that she spent money a few days/weeks after with an advertising type company( which is nothing like our company) this interaction is what made her have second thoughts about us. She also claimed that the representative that she spoke with on 4 occasions from our firm was not upfront with her about what to expect. I reviewed the calls and the representative on various occasions explained the time line and what to expect. The agreement that was signed is not subject to cancellation and may not be refunded. In a matter on good faith I have our corporate director reaching out to our client to see if we can send out additional marketing materials on her behalf. This is beyond the scope of our obligation and is being attempted as a professional courtesy.Thank you.

This merchant is currently being promoted to the said client. I have attached screenshots of her listings. This merchant received welcome emails, dashboard activation emails as well as an email that said the program was live. The client has been in receipt of the program since 1/**/2017...

and has distributed to the staff as contractually obligated to do so. The services have been rendered as promised and a refund is not warranted.

Please see attached ad and detail page on the website of which this merchant questioned and paid for. I have also attached additional communications of which this merchant claims to not have received. There was dialog that went on between our company and this merchant but once a claim has been placed with the credit card company it is our policy to handle that dispute with the bank. Every bank has the best interest of their customers and research details to find in favor of the party who should be in favor. We do not work directly with Chase and the bank found in our favor because of the documentation we submitted which is the same documentation I am submitting here.

Yes, the images attached reflected our original agreement however do not reflect the period of time our listing was removed from the website and don't address my previous question at all. Of course it's easy to repost my ad.  I am disgusted with your feeble attempt to protect your company however will write this up to a lesson learned, I have more important things to focus on. I'm grateful I don't treat my clients in this manner and think the individuals who handled this situation are cowards.

This merchant signed up to promote themselves to one of our clients. They filed a charge back with their bank but their bank found it in our favor because this merchant signed an agreement that said deposits a reconsidered firm and may not be refunded. This merchant is live on the site. ( screenshot...

attached). A refund is not warranted.

This merchant signed up and signed an agreement to be promoted to one of our clients. This merchant received all promised forms of advertising. I have attached the agreement which states all funds are considered firm and may not be refunded. I have attached  the welcomes emails the merchant...

claimed to never have received.  This merchant also logged in to their account which could only be done if they were in receipt of the emails they claim to never have received. This program launched to the client in the time frame out agreement designates. A refund is not warranted. I would like to, in good faith have or production team work with this merchant to change their incentive and possibly send out additional marketing materials on their behalf. Please have this merchant contact me directly so I can forward them tot he appropriate party. Thank you.[redacted]

The program is a form of advertising and we make no promises of a return for we are not in control of the buying habits of the employees. We design the program that is asked of us. If this merchant placed an ad in a magazine or newspaper would they demand a refund if no one came in right away? Our company promoted this merchant as obligated to and demanding a refund because they haven't given it a chance to work is hasty. Their comments about the dashboard are false and with attempting to pull out 2 months into a 12 month program and not using the tools they paid for is not smart. Its jumping the gun. The fact is that we do have the relationship with the client and will go above and beyond to make this work for them. As previously mentioned a refund it not warranted for the work they paid us to do has been done. However I would like to see what we can do as far as getting them onsite and or  sending out additional marketing on their behalf. Please contact me directly to discuss the above options. This again is being offered in good faith.Thank you
