Very good service
Was getting worried because all the bad reviews and it was taking awhile, so I emailed him and he got back to me promptly letting me know he was waiting for better weather, and when the weather cooled down he sent it quickly and in good condition 😁

Ordered item, got no confirmation and heard nothing until weeks later when I repeatedly emailed and began a paypal dispute. Then I was told it would take weeks before he actually had the plant to send and I never heard from him again. Esculated d a paypal claim, which he never once replied to, and finally got my refund through paypal. This guy is an a** who should not have a business license. He will happily take your money and he gets it by listening plants that are hard to find as "in stock" when they aren't. Once he has your payment, you never hear from him again and when you blow up his email, by chance if he decides to reply, he gives you a bunch of lame excuses. Stay away from this seller!

Absolutly the worst online store I have ever dealt with ! False and misleading advertising !
Damaged half dead plants when they arrived ! The wrong plants as they had advertised . No response to my request to cancel the order before it shipped. I got suspicious after I decided to read some reviews . He went ahead and shipped the order anyways. Would not respond to not one of at least 6-7 email questions about the plants .

On April 5, 2016 I ordered a hard-to-find hoya plant from the company's web site. Normally I do an online check before ordering but in this case I was so excited to find my plant at a reasonable price that I omitted this step. I paid $25 for the plant and $8.50 for 3-day delivery which never arrived. I waited about ten days to contact the company and ask when I could expect my plant. No answer was forthcoming. I emailed a 2nd time, same non-response. I checked an online watchdog site for ordering online and found a site with 100% negative reviews, all having the same experience as mine. Payment was accepted but the merchandise was never sent. I can't believe he is allowed to advertise online. This is an ongoing scam perpetrated by someone who takes money from honest people with no intention of ever delivering the plants that they ordered. Please do not patronize this site. You will lose your money and never hear from the vendor again.

I ordered 3 plants 2 weeks before Christmas as was pretty excited to give unique gifts to my family. After I placed my order, I googled the company and read several negative reviews and immediately emailed Pernell with my concerns. Within a day I received an email back assuring me that my order would be shipped after the weekend, as he did not want the plants sitting in s box for days. And sure enough...,my order came and was perfect!!!! Even my fairy garden was in excellent condition!!!!! Thought that should be said as it looks as if he is a small business and negative reviews often can hurt these company's.

I have ordered from this website several times and the plants that I have gotten have been in good condition, except the most recent one I purchased looks nothing like what I ordered and I emailed a couple times asking about that and have heard nothing. I would like to get my money back or atleast the plant that I actually paid for... any help?

I've ordered multiple plants, multiple times, from Pernell Gerver's online store. All of my experiences have been good. The plants themselves are robust, healthy, gorgeous specimens. They're well packed & suffered no damage in their travels to Boston. I really love the selection and quality. If I had to point to one issue that needs improving it would be communication.. It seems many of the negative customer reviews concern lack of communication & it's the only thing that I found wanting. Other than that, I love Pernell Gerver's online store & would shop with him again. Thank you.

I ordered 4 plants in February. 3 were sent, 1 was already dying and with the last one, they told me they would send later. To this day I have not received a new plant nor did they send me the one that never came. I have not received a refund either even though I have been asking for month. I sent numerous emails to them with no action. Last week I finally send a claim to Revdex.com.

I ordered plants from Pernell Gervers online store and they arrived weak, diseased, and broken. It was obviously not due to the packaging as they were secure in an undamaged US mail package. I attempted to contact the company about this problem as the web site says product is guaranteed for 30 days. But to my dissappointment I realized there was no packing slip, the receipt I printed for myself immedately after placing the order had no phone number nor did the entire web site! There is no way to contact them to complain. I started to have a bad feeling when I realized I had no way of contacting [redacted] expect through a page where you can ask him gardening questions. So, I did send an email through the ask questions page, but as I expected, I received no response. I then began to search for more information on the internet about this man and his online plant store and was very dissappointed. They were numerous complaints about poor product, inability to contact, and even unprofessional behavior as a hired public speaker. I have made a dispute through PayPal, but I really think the Revdex.com should look into this guy! I don't have a contact phone number since my business is conducted exclusively online and I am not set up for phone orders. I do my best to answer all customers in a timely manner.

Partial Fulfillment of Order and No Response to Email Inquiries.On July 9,2014 I placed an order (Invoice #XXXXXX, Order #XXXXXXXXX) for 3 plants, a Yellow Jasmine, a Fragrant Olive, and, the most expensive ($30), a Corkscrew Vine,with Pernell Gervers Online Store. When my order arrived, there was no Corkscrew Vine. There was a note included with invoice, saying that the Corkscrew was back-ordered. and would be shipped soon.I have never received the plant. I have sent them several emails, each requesting information about the Vine, and a firm date for shipment. The company has not responded to any of them. My last email stated that if no response was forthcoming I wanted to cancel my remaining order, and wanted a refund of $30, the price of the Corkscrew Vine. Again, no reply. I no longer want to wait.Please refund my $30.Desired SettlementI want a Refund of my $30, for the Crockscrew Vine the I ordered, but was never sent.

Order acknowledged. Product has not been delivered. No response to inquiry. On [redacted] 2015 I ordered through enterprise's website six diamond grass plants. Total cost of [redacted] Their order No: XXXXXXXXX. The order was acknowledge by email the same day and the charge appeared in my credit card account on the day of order. As of today, [redacted] no product has been received, nor has there been any notice of delay in shipping or other communication. (note that their online store info indicated the items were in stock. The company's website does not provide a customer service phone number or dedicated email address. There is a general inquiry page which I used on [redacted] in an attempt to received order status. No reply has been receivedDesired SettlementThe resolution sought is a reversal of the credit card charge and cancellation of the order.
