I ordered 3 plants 2 weeks before Christmas as was pretty excited to give unique gifts to my family. After I placed my order, I googled the company and read several negative reviews and immediately emailed Pernell with my concerns. Within a day I received an email back assuring me that my order would be shipped after the weekend, as he did not want the plants sitting in s box for days. And sure enough...,my order came and was perfect!!!! Even my fairy garden was in excellent condition!!!!! Thought that should be said as it looks as if he is a small business and negative reviews often can hurt these company's.

Ordered product was never delivered. No response to email inquiries.I ordered a number of plants from www.PernellGerver.com. All but one arrived. Several of the plants were of low quality, one was really just sticks. I did manage to revive it with the help of Mr. [redacted]'s advice, however, it has since died. I consider that part my own fault, even though I was expecting a much higher quality plant. The issue here is that the most expensive of the plants ordered, a Gloriosum, never arrived. Mr. [redacted] indicated that the plant would be sent when it was in stock. After several months of waiting, I tried to contact Mr. [redacted], but received no response. Having read other Revdex.com Complaints, I see this is a standard problem with this company.Desired SettlementI would like a refund for the Gloriosum. While the other plants were of lower quality than expected, I will simply keep this in mind in purchasing in the future. However, not receiving an entire plant is not acceptable. Order acknowledged. Product has not been delivered. No response to inquiry.On [redacted] 2015 I ordered through enterprise's website six diamond grass plants. Total cost of [redacted] Their order No: XXXXXXXXX. The order was acknowledge by email the same day and the charge appeared in my credit card account on the day of order. As of today, [redacted] no product has been received, nor has there been any notice of delay in shipping or other communication. (note that their online store info indicated the items were in stock.The company's website does not provide a customer service phone number or dedicated email address. There is a general inquiry page which I used on [redacted] in an attempt to received order status. Partial Fulfillment of Order and No Response to Email Inquiries.On July 9,2014 I placed an order (Invoice #XXXXXX, Order #XXXXXXXXX) for 3 plants, a Yellow Jasmine, a Fragrant Olive, and, the most expensive ($30), a Corkscrew Vine,with Pernell Gervers Online Store. When my order arrived, there was no Corkscrew Vine. There was a note included with invoice, saying that the Corkscrew was back-ordered. and would be shipped soon.I have never received the plant. I have sent them several emails, each requesting information about the Vine, and a firm date for shipment. The company has not responded to any of them. My last email stated that if no response was forthcoming I wanted to cancel my remaining order, and wanted a refund of $30, the price of the Corkscrew Vine. Again, no reply. Purchased [redacted] worth of product, have not received the product after 4 months. I did not receive the product, so on [redacted] I sent a follow up email asking what the order status was. The seller responded on [redacted] stating"Hi Wes,I did email you back when you placed your order to let you know I'd beshipping your shrubs as soon as they start growing, but it sounds like youdidn't get that email. The winterberry shrubs are still dormant - we had acolder than normal winter and spring (until just recently) has been muchcolder than it should be so all the plants are behind. Winterberries alsoleaf out later in spring than other shrubs so I want to be sure they aregrowing before I ship them so they'll do well for you. With this heat, itshouldn't be long before they break dormancy and as soon as they do I'llget them out to you. I'll email you the tracking information when theyship so you know they are on the way. I ordered plants from Pernell Gervers online store and they arrived weak, diseased, and broken. It was obviously not due to the packaging as they were secure in an undamaged US mail package. I attempted to contact the company about this problem as the web site says product is guaranteed for 30 days. But to my dissappointment I realized there was no packing slip, the receipt I printed for myself immedately after placing the order had no phone number nor did the entire web site! There is no way to contact them to complain. I started to have a bad feeling when I realized I had no way of contacting [redacted] expect through a page where you can ask him gardening questions. So, I did send an email through the ask questions page, but as I expected, I received no response. I then began to search for more information on the internet about this man and his online plant store and was very dissappointed. They were numerous complaints about poor product,inability to contact, and even unprofessional behavior as a hired public speaker. They were in good condition when I packaged them so the damage occurred in shipping. I issued a full refund to the customer's PayPal account on May 8, the day I received notification from PayPal about the problems with this transaction. I don't have a contact phone number since my business is conducted exclusively online and I am not set up for phone orders. I do my best to answer all customers in a timely manner.
