Please allow time for the response letter to be received by the consumer
Further, we have been advised that the consumer also filed a complaint
regarding these same concerns with another regulatory agency. As a
result, the consumer will receive an additional response letter from us through
our Legal Department upon the conclusion of their investigation that will

I am rejecting this response because: Business still has not sent the information that has been requested several timesSo I need this immediately removed from my credit bureau reports (***, *** and ***)I have been trying to get this taken care of and at this point this is just lingering on with nothing being accomplished except for the tarnish on my credit bureauObviously the company has not planned on sending any more that just a in general type letter with none of the correct validation information. I am asking you yet again to please have this taken care of as expedited as possible.I need a removal from all of the credit bureaus immediately.

Why is it they always say they will mail a response to us. Do they not want the public to see how they really are with the military personal
I truly believe that this is the case they don't want people to see there true colors it would make them look bad. I am getting the word out to everyone that I can think of and the bike clubs that I am in they all know and have seen the proof and have seen the treatment that I have received. I have decided that I will be posting all the evidence and proof on social media so that nobody else goes through what we have went through. I have been in contact with other vets and military personal that have had the same kind of issues we are going to ban together and make sure that we all get treated the same.
