I am rejecting this response because: AS I said yesterday I will be happy to accept once I have my Title in my procession once again why should I have to wait 10 day for  a refund I didn't make Harley Financial wait for any days . I paid as promised . I want my title in hand  I can wait on the money but the title is a must.

Their response did not provide any resolution to my concerns. Only acknowledgement of receipt. I'm requesting their response to provide resolution and reasoning. They have already provided unsatisfactory customer service. By eliminating the Revdex.com from the process, they can continue to be unregulated. This is not acceptable.
