Review: I purchased a one year subscription for monthly boxes of pet toys to be delivered. I have not received a box in over 6 months. Review: Really not sure which category this falls under as there is not a 'company seems to have disappeared' category but this is what has happened to PetBox and its subscription service for dogs. I had purchased a year plan back in March and started having trouble in June/July when they wouldn't let me choose my own products for delivery. The website stated they were moving warehouses and we could only opt for the surprise box (which is not why I chose them over barkbox). So I let them send me their choice. The next mth, same message and a missing box, same thing the next mth and so on. I even still rec'd the reminder email on Oct 31 for my November box but after accepting the 'yet again we're moving' box, I now cannot get back online to see anything about anything and they have shut up shop. I have had a hard time finding any info on them since then except for this singular post from a dog magazine which acknowledged PetBox had gone out of business w/a word and apparently taken our money w/them from unfulfilled orders (I had 6 mths remaining plus a couple of recent missing bxs). So here I am.Desired Settlement: Wholeheartedly, I would like my remaining months refunded as well as the couple of missing months boxes and quite possibly all the months I was not allowed to make the choices for my boxes as stated in the subscription terms.

Review: I was a loyal monthly customer in 2014 and pre-paid for an annual monthly subscription in April 2015. I chose their product because you could select what you wanted in a box. Around May the company website stated they were moving warehouses and could only ship pre-packed boxes. When the next month stated the same thing I elected to skip a box for a 1 month extension, so I'm prepaid through May 2016. The pre-packed boxes that I've received in June through September have been poor quality and not what was advertised from PetBox when I signed up for a year. The October box stated it shipped in mid-October, but I haven't received it to date (Nov 9). Now, their website has not been accessible for a few days. This company has misadvertised what they they were providing customer and have taken money and not provided any type of product.Desired Settlement: I'd like a prorated refund for the product that has not been provided. Prorated monthly package from Oct 2015 through May 2016.

Petbox has been taking money from people for a monthly service and not following through. Customer service is a joke, they continually tell you they shipped the petboxes but does not provide any shipping info. They will continue to email you about new service products but will not send you anything once you order. Their Facebook pages also continue to delete any negative reviews about their company.

Review: I purchased a 1-year subscription to Petbox, starting in March. I received 4 monthly boxes, after which the deliveries ceased with no notification. I tried contacting the company several times via e-mail and telephone and received no response. The website has been out of service for months.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the 8 months of prepaid goods that were not sent.

Review: I ordered a product from the company on 8/24/2015. According to the website all products are shipped within 20 business days and when this does not occur to please contact the business. I contacted the business multiple times via email as calling does not reach a live person. Response via email said there was a delay in shipment. Today is 10/15/15 and I no longer get responses via email about my shipment, the website says my item was shipped but the tracking number is invalid. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded with no response.Desired Settlement: Due to the fact that I never received the item I ordered I want to cancel my order and obtain a refund.

Since Sept 23rd I have left at least 25 voicemail messages, have scheduled 12 callbacks and have sent a plethora of emails to both marketing and support and there have been no replies. Last Wednesday I tried to leave a voicemail but the support voicemail box was full. Prior to September I had never encountered any problems with PetBox but it appears that PetBox is now experiencing some serious corporate challenges. I paid a yearly subscription in advance and believe I have paid for an acceptable level of customer support that PetBox does not deliver. A good product but their marketing and support is suspect.

Review: I ordered online, was charged, and never received my items. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. They have removed their google listing so customers can no longer leave bad reviews and warn future customers. According to their [redacted] page, many others are also experiencing this problem.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my purchase but also to have their website shut down as they are continuing to take orders that obviously will not be fulfilled.

Review: I paid $199.75 on 7/29/15 for a 7 month subscription to PetBox. I received 2 boxes. That equals $28.54 a box. I have not received the other 5 boxes in my subscription, and do not anticipate receiving them. I do not want to be sent low quality items just to satsify a contract, I expect the high quality items in previous boxes, absolutely nothing sourced from China. The company website no longer works, the facebook page has been deleted, and there is no activity on instagram in 7 weeks.Desired Settlement: Refund of $142.70 for the 5 boxes never received

DO NOT do business with company. They do not answer phone, texts, voicemail, or emails. Like other customers, I prepaid for boxes and have not got my last one, and I'm beginning to believe I won't be getting any more of them. Appox. $80 down the drain. And now I'm wondering why and it seems to me they are bankrupt. As another customer said, you are not able to post on Facebook a negative comment, so everything looks fine from their Facebook page, AND they continue to send me email almost every day to buy something. How dare they? This is terrible business and I am very disappointed in a company that started out so great. I had used them last year and loved their service. This is atrocious.

Review: I purchased a box on Sept 9 and it the product still has not been delivered, as of 10/14. I have made several attempts to contact the company but no one picks up the phone or responds to emails. I simply want a refund since no goods were delivered and no attempt to deliver them has been made.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount that was charged to my credit card even though the product has not been delivered.

Review: I purchased a 1-year subscription to pet box and received the first half of my year without issue. However, I have not received a box since June, and at this point we are owed 6 boxes. I have contacted pet box numerous times and have been told each time that they are "having warehouse issues." After the third or fourth month of hearing this same excuse (while still receiving promotional emails to buy their products!) I finally just asked for a partial refund of the boxes and have yet to receive. I have emailed about once a week since then for the past month and have heard absolutely nothing back... I would like a refund or even the 6 boxes I'm missing, just some acknowledgement would be nice at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, the way this company has handled this is ridiculous and obviously I am not the only person having this same problem.

Review: I spent nearly $95 on a three month subscription for petbox. This was in September of 2015. I have not received anything that I paid for, and have had no response from customer service in 4 months. I am hoping to be able to get my money back and Have been trying to contact customer service for a while, but recently found out that the company has been taking people's money and not delivering. I have tried getting on their website as well, but it has been down for a while.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the $94.36 that I spent on the petboxes that I never received refunded. I paid for goods and services and never received them. I feel like I was cheated out of my money and would like to resolve this issue.

Review: Signed up for monthly delivery of boxes with pet related items though may 2016. Have not received box delivery since august2015. Boxes have been paid for through my credit card through to may 2016. Company does not respond to email or phone calls. Review: I ordered a 3 month subscription of Petbox about 3 weeks ago and have not recieved any shipment despite my account being charged. I have tried calling the business and all the numbers available have said to be disconnected. I have tried getting on the website and the website is no longer up and seems to have been disconnected. I have also tried emailing getpetbox.com but have not received a response after multiple emails.Desired Settlement: I do not wish to do any business with this company any longer. I have had nothing but problems with this company. I even had problems last time I used them and used them again thinking it was a fluke and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Apparently I was wrong in thinking they could function differently. I would like a full credit of $53.85 which petbox.com has taken from me for services promised but not followed through on..

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a special edition, one-time-ship box on July 23rd. It was due to ship on July 26th. I didn't receive a shipment notification so I emailed PetBox on August 1st asking for an update. They emailed me back right away with a tracking number and assured me it had been shipped. Great! Except there was no tracking information beyond the "pre-shipment notification." On August 14th it finally showed movement. Another 5 days went by before there was a change, and now it has been an additional 9 days since the last update. I emailed PetBox and told them I had been waiting a month for my box and formally requested a full refund, since this kind of service is unacceptable and it is clear that I won't be getting what I paid for. They have outright refused to issue me a refund because they shipped my box! Didn't even offer me an explanation or an ETA for my shipment!

I would also like to add that there were lots of people on their Facebook page that had posted negative experiences seeking answers. PetBox has since removed ALL user posts from their Facebook and when you go to post there it says your post requires page owner approval prior to publishing. Obviously they aren't publishing anyone's posts because they must all be negative! DO NOT give your money to this company! They are a BAD BUSINESS.

Review: I received an email from Petbox advertising a one time purchase. I have purchased one of these previously with no issues. This time I have not received my order and it has been over 5 weeks since I placed the order. I emailed customer service and received 2 responses saying they would ship out asap. I was asking to cancel my order and get a refund because I was going to give this as a gift and now it is way too late. I have called several times and no one will answer. I called today and now there is no greeting on the line, it just goes to a voicemail saying it is full. I just want a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: Since May, I only received 4 full pet boxes. I was told that in May that they were having a four week shipping delay, but since then I have called and emailed many times, and I still cannot get a petbox shipped to me. At this point, the system is not even listing me as a subscriber.

I asked for a refund, but no one would return my emails. I also called and left a message.

Review: I purchased points to use for product purchases. At the time of placing an order in early October I had 1640 points to use. I ordered several different pet boxes to use up all of my points. To date (11/11/15) nothing has arrived. I went to check the website today to contact the company but the website is down. I would expect that a product order could be fulfilled in over a month's time.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the items that I ordered. If this is not possible due to lack of inventory I would like to receive a refund of my payment.

At one point I had no issues with this company. But since September, I have had nothing but issues. They have taken my money for the boxes I had chosen to be shipped to me. But never recived them. I am currently submitting a fraud report to try and get my $35.00 back from them. Don't move forward with working with them. Unless you like losing your money.
