Our customer is welcome to call and make an appointment with Eric Davis to bring his vehicle back to look at the transmission issues as parts of the transmission may be covered under a warrantyDepending on the pieces that need serviced, the repair may result in a charge to the customer if neededThe diagnostic is free
Hello So inregards to jack maxtowns statment stating I was talking to different representatives is untrueI spoke to derick at capital one on his direct number He stated multiple times we have provided all information needed and he would be in contact with the dealer (jack maxton)I recieved a letter a week ago stating they had a different offer (which jack maxton stated in thete reply) and our application had expired because there was no response backHowever jack maxton still failed to contact us as a customer to inform us of such informationJack maxton has poor communication and customer service skills
Unfortunately, the transmission is giving me trouble againI hoped the repair they performed in August would have lasted longerI would like them to look at it again, and if it can't be repaired economically, then would they please work with me on a trade
