We apologize for the delay and the inability of the outside repair shops to isolate the origin of the water intrusion in the vehicle you purchased.? As a result and as you agreed to, we have purchased the vehicle back on March 19, as a full refund including any loan finance deficit with your auto loan lender.? ? We are glad you are happy with this solution and hope you will give Dixie Imports a chance at serving you the next time you are in the market for an automobile

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Customer was not discriminated againstHer salesperson was also African AmericanI have attached the paystub along with the notes from [redacted] as to the reason this deal could not be fundedThis deal has been forwarded to our attorney in the matter of fraudulent paystubsThank You, [redacted] ***First of all just because a salesperson is black does not mean they do not discriminate against one anotherI am mixed, therefore that statement is a very uneducated oneSecond of all like I told the Manager I changed jobsLike there is so much missing from the contract that is also missing from her statementWhoever [redacted] is was not there and I didn't interact with her at all or she didn't introduce herselfThe point of the matter is I've done my research and this business is operating in the wrong matterAccording to Consumer Protection Laws the dealership failed to obtain certificate of title in the name of the purchaser ( [redacted] ) on or before the 40th day of sale Dixon Imports, INC accepted a trade in contingent upon financing being arrangedThe trahas been held hostage by Dixie ImportsI have proof that I was told the car would be available for pickup on 10/01/and it was "ON VACATION WITH A SALESMAN"I have text messages from [redacted] Henry stating I was not trying to keep the car I just wanted my trade in and title backIn violation of R.Cthe Cadillac was repossessed on the night of 9/28/In violation of R.C1317.12, Dixie Imports failed to send out a notice constituting a default which there isn't one because there is no financing on the carUnder O.A.C109:4-3-they failed to provide me at the time of trastating cl***y and conspicuously under what conditions I was able to get my trade in backWhen I contacted [redacted] , on 9/15/16, I was told that I would receive something within days of the financing falling through, I never received that paperworkI was also told by management at [redacted] that they have no records of the car I was trying to finance or meAt this point I have lost a car because I have no transportation and because Dixie Imports transfered the Mississippi title over to the dealership they are giving me the runaround about getting that car backI am asking for my car back, like I said I have proof that they stated they will give the car back and no one has honored that statement a Dixie Imports yetWhen my Husband called and asked about the car on 10/3/the lady that answered the phone laughedI don't see what is so funny about stealing a persons carI have been very reasonable and patientI have a witness that was on the phone when I took the Cadillac back to the lot to pick up my Chrysler and [redacted] asked me where I was working so that he could go ahead and keep me in the carI have been laughed at, hung up on, and left on the phone line when calling to inquire about my Chrysler and the best response or defense they have about this whole wrong ordeal is a statement about "fraudulent stubs" which was cleared up due to another jobIt's not right and I'm only asking for my car back, my only vehicle, so that I can go to workI had an emergency and missed my Mom having major surgery in MississippiThis is a very stressful situation all because they are trying to find loop holds to keep the car that I ownI don't see a lawyer stating what they did was right after all the violations I listed above Regards, [redacted]
