Old product - Poor customer service
I received 4 items as part of the BOGO sale. 2 or the 4 items expire in 5 months. I asked to return the items and they pushed back saying the expiration date is in within their standard of 6 months. Ok, so 5 months NOT within that window. I went back to them clarifying that and then they said I could return at MY EXPENSE. PTR was curt on each response. I will never order from this company again: to send near-dated product and then treat customers like crap. No way.

Peter Thomas Roth is by FAR and AWAY the worst company I have ever purchased from. I have purchased the products in Sephora and been pleased, but I purchased a cleanser and trial size hydration on line and a month has gone by with nothing! I’ve emailed 6 times, submitted a request through the website, and waited on hold for 30 minutes with no response.

I am lodging a complaint with the BBB and telling everyone I know to never buy from them. Sadly, after my experience and searching online, it seems this is fairly commonplace for that company. Too bad. I spent more than $400 in the first 2 months of using their products because I really did like them, but will never use them again.

Had to give one star but if it were up to me, it would be NO stars at all. Ordered product online on 11/23/18 still have not received. I was charged and still nothing almost one month later. I have emailed three times, no response. I have called several times and sat on hold ea h and every time for 30+ mins. Opening a case with the BBB.

This is the worst company, EVER! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing since it seems like they charge the $$ right away, earn interest in the money, and then slowly refund only if you complain and really stick with it. I wish we could launch an online movement that could catch the attention of others. This is really so unethical and shady!

Refunded Pink Bombshell $21.78 on 1/**/2015. Refunded $52.25 2/**. Customer is now fully refunded.

Refunds have been issued for both orders.

Review: I placed my order on Oct **. My credit card was charged immediately within 3 days after I made my purchase. However, I never receive any information regarding my order ever since then.

I had to email them to ask where is my order, I emailed them on Oct **, no reply, I again emailed on Nov *, finally they got back to me on Nov * saying part of my order is out of stock and they had issued a refund for my order.

Now, on Nov **, I still receive no refund so I have to call customer service, it turns out they never issue a refund for me! The customer service is very impatient and encourages me to dispute my credit card!

I think the company has unethical collection practices and they care nothing about customers. Why do they charge people when the products are not even available for sale? Why they charge so fast and refund so slow? Actually, they are very reluctant to refund which is unethical. How can you own money you do not earn?Desired Settlement: I want my refund and an apology from the customer service. The customer service shows very bad attitude to customers.

But till now they have not delivered the products. In these days, I used to mail them 4 or 5 times about the issue, but they never solve the problem. So, I need your help. Thank you very much. By the way, the order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: They should refund to my credit card immediately. They also should apologize to me, for such terrible service and my long time waiting.
