Review: I have bought two items in peter thomas roth online in 3/** and my credit card has been charged immediately in 5/**. However, after two weeks, I haven't received the products and the shippment information via email (even no shipment information can be found in their website!! ), so I have sent several emails (around 15) to their customer service to inquire my problem and no one replies in two weeks!! Till now, after almost one month, I still haven't received any emails for explaination and let alone the stuff I have bought!

Review: I ordered two items on * December 2014 at Peter Thomas Roth.com, and it does not take a long since my credit card has been charged a mount of $90 for this transaction. I checked the bill of my credit card offered by the bank and confirmed this mounts of money has been charged, not a Pre-authorized debit .

However, Peter Thomas Roth did not dispatch these items until now and there isn't any explanation about why the shipment would delay as long as a month .

Last month, I tried to contact Peter Thomas Roth by Email, asked them to give me a clear answer why this delay would happen and how long would it take that my items can be shipped.

I emailed them twice during the two weeks. No response. Review: I ordered Peter Thomas Roth products through its website on [redacted] of January. It's 14 days ago.

It's been 2 weeks but I haven't gotten any products yet and I didn't even received a tracking number of mine.

So I sent them request e-mail 3 times for last 10 days but I haven't gotten any response.

They charged me $107.80 right after I bought but I have no idea where my products are.

Now I really want to cancel my order and get refund but they don't show it's customer contact number.

And the e-mail address that they mentioned on their website never respond to me.

Review: PTR sent two items to me in error. I immediately notified them by email that this occurred. I was instructed to send the items back to them and that they would reimburse me for shipping costs. I mailed the products back and notified them that I had done it. I also made sure to get delivery notification on the package and emailed them a copy of my receipt from the post office ($7.70). After I confirmed that the package was delivered, I emailed them to ask them to now reimburse me for the shipping costs. I heard nothing. I wrote them a couple of weeks later and again I heard nothing. I wrote them a third time, and still I have not heard anything a week later. I keep getting automated email messages that I will be contacted within 24-48 hours but that did not occur. I have all of my email exchanges that document all of this.Desired Settlement: I just want $7.70 reimbursed to me on my credit card, just as promised by PTR.

Review: I ordered 4 super-size cucumber gel masque on line from Peter Thomas Roth and received my package at [redacted] Dec. However, there're only 2 in the package.

Since [redacted] Dec 2014, I tried to contact customer service both by phone and email as their website suggests email as primary contact method. I've sent out seven emails and made three calls. No one reply my emails and calls are always transfer to voice mail. It has been more than two weeks and I just cannot get contact with any customer service, if there's any.
