I received a letter today that was dated FEB from Washington National Insurance Company. This letter stated that I need to submit a payment of $within days of the date of the letter. I have attached a letter from the company dated May that says the policy is optional payment as long as the accumulation account had money in it--they pay from the accumulation account. As of August of there was greater than $in the account--per a letter I have from the company. The annual insurance fee is less than $200.
