Thank you Revdex.com for ending this dispute. The next business day after filing complaint with you, I heard from the company involved.  A Consumer Rep. called me and said he would cut all the red tape and find an ending to this. After a few days , Mr. [redacted] assured me that a refund check would be received soon. The amount was just over $700. The check was received as he said. I am completely  satisfied with this result.  I know the Revdex.com was instrumental in solving this efficiently and expedited the results.
