Review: I ordered a $9.18 Oster 76830-020 hair clipper from Pharmapacks in response to their online listing on [redacted]'s website:

It seemed like a great deal. They instead sent me a small bottle of horrible, cheap shampoo that I can buy for 50 cents from a local discount store. I spent an hour disputing the purchase with my credit card company, who actually ended up eating the $9.18 loss because it is far cheaper for them to do so rather than tie up an employee for hours to deal with the crooks at Pharmapacks. As such, Pharmapacks has claimed yet another innocent victim (my credit card issuer, in this case.) Their listing has been online for several weeks, so it is unquestionably deliberately fraudulent. Minutes ago, I received yet a second bottle of this horrible, trashy shampoo instead of the ordered Oster trimmer. I had made the mistake of ordering two of the non-existent bargain clippers. Pharmapack is definitely operating a SCAM!Desired Settlement: I demand that the thieves at Pharmapacks refund my $18.36 for the two undelivered Oster clippers, and delete their FRAUDULENT listing for this non-existent bargain on [redacted]'s website.

Hello,We at Pharmapacks are currently a marketplace seller on [redacted], meaning [redacted] allows us to sell items that they do not normally carry through their online shopping site, [redacted]. We send them our catalog of available items for sale, and then [redacted] links us to listings for the items on their site.It appears that due to a technical glitch at some point in late September, an item that we sell, Mirta de Perales Hair Conditioning Balsam, 8 oz, with UPC barcode [redacted], accidentally got matched to a listing for a product we do not sell, nor have we ever sold, Oster 768**-020 Salon Pro Clipper With Adjustable Blade. It was placed there for a price that does not relate to either item as well, and was searchble in [redacted]'s "Conditioners" section. This was not noticed or brought to our attention until our customer, [redacted], placed two separate orders for this listing, one on 9/**/2015 and one on 9/**/2015. The orders were processed in our warehouse and no error was identified because the customer's invoices indicate they ordered and should receive the product we have, the Mirta de Perales Hair Conditioning Balsam, 8 oz. It did not indicate a Pro Clipper was to be sent. (The customer provided photos of the invoices they received showing what our warehouse saw and packed for them in this complaint.)Order #[redacted] was shipped on 9/**/2015 in a timely manner, and order #[redacted] was shipped the next day on 10/*/2015. Both orders were received by the customer by 10/*/2015, which was when we first heard form the customer. They contacted us by email at our customer service address, [redacted], as well as [redacted]'s help section. It was then we first realized this erroneous listing existed. The customer claimed they received the wrong item twice, and we asked him to confirm both order numbers, so we could provide help returning the items with a prepaid return label. On 10/*/2015 - 10/*/2015, the customer left us several voice mails regarding the issues with the orders. No call back number was left, and when we attempted to contact him by phone the next day, the customer was unavailable.We have since issued a full refund for both orders, for the amount of $9.18, through [redacted]. There is no need to return the incorrect items the customer received. The erroneous listing for the unavailable item has been removed; if you are to currently do a search for this product, Oster 768**-020 Salon Pro Clipper, Pharmapacks does not appear as a seller and other marketplace sellers are listing it for a higher price than the erroneous listing.We again sincerely apologize for this oversight. When these errors occur, we try to correct them as quickly as possible and assist the customer with refunds, but it's often not until a customer places an order and receives the wrong item that it is brought to our attention an error exists.Chris S[redacted]Pharmapacks Customer Care Supervisor

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The referenced listing was not removed until October **. The Oster hair clippers are now listed as having been sold out, to give the illusion that Pharmapacks actually sold them at the bargain $9.17 price. I find it hard to believe that I am the only person who ordered this so-called bargain. I suspect that Pharmapacks has pulled this bait and switch deal through other listings, but of course I cannot prove it.

Review: I ordered 57.00 work of hair products from this company just before Christmas holiday not as a present but for myself

and the items never arrived somewhere somehow it was never delivered I spoke to the Postal Carrier and he explained

I deliver so many packages this time of year I can't remember every package on everyday. It sounded reasonable. The

package required no signature so I cannot blame anyone in my office for accepting it and have never lost a package

before. I was treated with disrespect and kicked to the curb because Pharmapacks chooses to use the United States

Post Office to deliver valuable items. I would like my money refunded or the product replaced as Soon as possible.

I am a volunteer Fireman a Volunteer EMT in [redacted] I donated a kidney eight years ago to a fellow firefighter in [redacted]

I am not in the habit of falsifying a 57.00 claim These people should be embarassed.
