[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This response is almost entirely fabricatedI have not received a single approved introduction in almost months of using themJust to clarify, I paid extra to be able to "pre-approve" matches The one person whose contact information I was sent I did not approve and it was sent to me by default without me approving because they were calling me from an unlisted # and I did not answer to be given the option to approve or reject in a timeframe they found acceptable (i assumed it was a telemarketer)When I received the email stating that this was an official introduction, I immediately called and was told it WOULD NOT count towards my overall total due to them not using my preferred contact method and me never approvingThat I could have it as a freebieFurther the person did not meet my established range of criteria (which is why I would've rejected if given a chance)The second and third person they tried to introduce me to also did not meet my criteria so I rejected, and finally they sent me the first person again as my fourth introduction (who, I already rejected and once again, did not meet my criteria)I am happy to provide screenshots of as much of this as I have availableVerbally I was assured during the sale pitch that there was plenty of available candidates that met my criteria and that my criteria was not unreasonable Further I was verbally informed that I could view pictures if I wanted, an option I choose to exercise on the second match because the first match was not anything like had been described to me This is the first time I was told it I was not allowed to preview pictures As stated in my initial complaint, I was told the initial interview would take about an hour, after hours I was given a high pressure take it or leave type sales pitch and encouraged to just initial documents without reading because I did not have time to read (I had to leave to go get my children off bus)So yes, I stupidly caved into the pressure, initialed and signed without reading any fine print and only later discovered what I was lead to believe did not match the detailsI do not contest it however, I was specifically told that if I didn't quickly sign and initial the opportunity would be gone forever , I was told no when I asked if I could come back later in the week to review more thoroughlyIt is clear that this is an unethical business that preys on people in weakened emotional states and takes advantage of them with high pressure sales tactics and mounds of fine print that people don't read or don't understand, I seem numerous complaints and talks of a class action lawsuit online and would be happy to partake in that if you could direct me I am highly motivated to makes sure other people do not get swindled like I have beenFinally, what is not contestable is that after almost months I have no approved a single introduction and they can not provide proof that I have(cause I haven't)If that is holding up their end of the deal then the deal was bogus to begin with (my contention)Sincerely,

I am attaching feedback letters from *** where you will see how elated she was with our services and with the men we were providing her. I believe she got hurt with *** and we became her "punching bag" in the situation. You will see in attached e-mails and correspondences from us
as to how loving and caring we have been through out the process. To be honest it is upsetting when someone who seemed so very happy with her services turns around and is mad at us out of the blue. ***’s complaint to the Revdex.com. She plans

know how much she does care
However, Philadelphia Singles

I complained about this and they totally agreed and said they wouldn't count himThey then proceeded to refer me to a man who asked how I felt about sex on the first dateIs this an organization you should pay a lot of money to for terrible referrals? I don't think soAs mentioned in my last letter, my final date was with a man from New Jersey who was too old, way overweight, and walked with a caneHe was a new member and also was wondering why they matched us upI was told he mentioned to PhilaSingles that I was unhappy and it was then that I received notice that my membership was being terminatedThey no longer wanted me around to say anything unflattering about them - not becaue my membership was up Each time I complained about a particular referral - with good reason - they said they wouldn't count them and find me another Out of probably about a total of 5-referrals, including the smoker and pervert and 1-I never heard fromThey specifically told me not to call, wait for the man to contact meI NEVER received decent referralI could have gone on Match.com and any number of other services and meet nicer men for 1/10th of the price they chargedIn fact, I did meet someone on Match who I am still datingSo it's not me who is exaggerating here, it is the total fault of this unethical organizationThey don't have enough men to refer so they get desperate and send anybody just to let you think they did their jobWell - they did not!

Philadelphia Singles can understand Ms***'s concerns and appreciates the effort she took to lay out her experience thusfar. While we believe there are some differences (two sides to every story), this analysis has given us the opportunity to really focus on providing Ms*** with the quality service she contracted for. We'd really like Ms*** to speak with Nancy, our new Director of Member Services, so that everyone can be on the same page with Ms***'s expectations. Pamela is no longer with Philadelphia Singles. Courtney remains and really hopes to turn Ms***'s opinion of her and the office around.Regarding the telephone number for Philadelphia Singles, it DID change at the end of June. Because of an issue with ***, the change occurred faster than anticipated and pre-dated the notification sent to all members. I am rejecting this response because: I never heard of some of these "so-called" referralsIsn't it strange that I joined in the summer and never hear from anyone at Philasingles for months? This, after they claimed to have many men to refer in my age groupThey seemed to count a phone call as a referral even If I never met them because they were no where close to what I requestedFor the price they charged, that is completely unaceptable, as it would be to anyone in this situation One or two of the referrals I met, for lunch and on the phone only, both agreed that they thought this company would try to match anyone, acceptable or not, just to say they fulfilled their part of the contractYes, whether they like it or not, they are lying about what they did or didn't doFor the money they charge, I believe that clients have a right to object to terrible referrals whether it be they were too old, geographically undesirable, smokers, or they referred clients, but I never even heard from themAs I said and will continue to say, this is a disreputable company that should be put out of business
