Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I've sent emails to this address on 8/29/and 9/14/and have not received a refund from this company On 9/7/17, I received an email from this address that stated my concern had been forwarded to upper management, and 50% off a future service coupon and if I had further questions about my refund to contact my bank When I replied to this email on 9/7/17, stating I had not received the refund yet, I also received no response from the company Its now been weeks, I have still not received the $refund Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our records indicate we have processed the client a full refund for the mixupIf for any reason this transaction has not been taken care of, please call us at [redacted] to resolve this issueThanks

Customer bought Groupon and called our company to bookWe stated to her multiple times that we are not available for the date and time she wanted to reserveCustomer is upset since we are not available and she would have to go to Groupon to get her money back since she purchased with themGroupon would need to return her money as we are all booked for the day customer wants

I am rejecting this response because:Again, as I stated before this was not MY PROBLEM! I had spoken with Shawn who told me I had my date and time reservedThen after REPEATED VOICE MAILS left I got no return calls! No return EMAIL either! Groupon is now pointing fingers at Photo Booth Bookings and I really don't care who it is but ONE of them will return my money! I have placed a complaint against Groupon as well. Photo Booth Bookings is in NO WAY A REPUTABLE COMPANY! There is NO Customer Service and NO competent EmployeesPhoto Booth Bookings AND Groupon can figure out who it is that will refund my moneyI don't care which one does but one of them willBut I will also make it KNOWN to EVERYONE that BOTH Companies have no business being in business when they don't know how to conduct business or Customer Service
