Customer bought Groupon and called our company to book. We stated to her multiple times that we are not available for the date and time she wanted to reserve. Customer is upset since we are not available and she would have to go to Groupon to get her money back since she purchased with them. Groupon...

I am rejecting this response because:I've tried on several occasions to contact photoboothbookings.com and have left...

numerous messages for them to get in touch with me about my refund. No one has returned my phone call or has sent me an email with details on the refund. Nothing has been refunded to my bank account as of today 5/28/17. This company has a history of scamming people and I've already been in touch with the local police and will press charges against all listed as owners of the company if I do not get a call back from the company, proof that my refund was issued by the company and my refund deposited in my bank account within the next few days.

I am rejecting this response because: I've sent emails to this address on 8/29/17 and 9/14/17 and have not received a refund from this company.  On 9/7/17, I received an email from this address that stated my concern had been forwarded to upper management, and 50% off a future service coupon and if I had further questions about my refund to contact my bank.  When I replied to this email on 9/7/17, stating I had not received the refund yet, I also received no response from the company.  Its now been 5 weeks, I have still not received the $240 refund.

I am rejecting this response because:
the recipient of the complaint can notify the appropriate contact at the e-mail address provided of this complaint.  When I was lucky enough to reach someone at this company I was referred to another telephone number or contact and ultimately never got through to anyone or never received the courtesy of a response.  The response of this business should simply be that they have processed my refund for services not performed due to breach of our contract.
