Our basement was damp and mustyWe had issues around our bulkhead door with heavy rain and hired home pros to stop the water issues we were having We were very happy with the service that was providedWhen we first met Joe he was very knowledgeable about the process and explaining what needed to be done, he spent over an hour but had the most knowledge about the processWe met with two other companies but really liked the home pros dry for life systemThe crew showed up exactly on time and did a fantastic jobThey were professional and answered all of our questionsThe exterior basement door was old and not installed correctlyJoe told us that could be an issue because of the footing and recommended to replace door and maybe concrete footingBecause of the exterior door, we did get a little water around the doorWhen I called the company two weeks later, they sent the foreman back out within hours to tweak the system around the footing of the door since we didn't want to replace itSince then we do not get any more water and they installed a professional dehumidifier which takes away the musty smell we used to haveWe are very happy with the quality of work and service provided and highly recommend pic home pros

When we got down to numbers, that was my one concern given that the problem was worse than I thoughtHe said he would work with himHe called Anthony and asked if we could do a payment planThey were great in helping my dad and I apply for a payment planI did admit to Jeff that I did have another company coming to look the next day, however after reading all the positive reviews about this company, I cancelled my next appointment immediately They fit us in on an emergency basis and the first day David called and let us know when they would be arrivingThe two guys that came the first day were great and said they would mark my clothes in special bags so nothing got thrown awayI asked them to be mindful of my moms urn that I had in my room And they were very careful I will definitely be using this company again if needed

We hired PIC Home Pros to remove mold from an apartment we own at ** *** ** Ext, *** Ma XXXXXAt time of signed contract we gave them a deposit of 3,by credit cardSecond and third payment was taken from same credit card upon completionI feel that I should have been notified beforeThey took final paymentsI was notWithin days the mold was backI contacted PIC and *** *** senior inspector came back to re-testWe were told we had mold again and that we should remove wall to wall carpeting and that PIC would charge us an additional $4,At that point we stopped dealing with the company on advise from our insurance adjuster
Very buttoned up company to say the least Very knowledgeable about all aspects of "basement health" The technician spent a solid hours with us (he made sure both my wife and I were present for the appointment as it was going to be VERY thorough) Explained all the options available for our water issue and was careful to explain the pros can cons of each along with the expense involved Not only did he take us through the options available but he had an eye for something else.......our radon mitigation system Because of the size of our basement he thought it would wise for me to get it tested again as the fan might not be pulling enough from the ground Told me to go spend the bucks at the hardware store, get a test kit just for assurance (which of course we did)
We felt we had the right company for the job right then and there I asked him to take a look at some funny looking spots on my joists as they were discolored in some areas He had some testing material with him and sure enough it was mold Not a terrible issue, didn't scare us or anything but suggested getting rid of it as it might or might not be dormant Again, we had the right "basement" people, glad he spent the time with us, we learned a ton We moved forward with PIC Home Pro's, set a date and time for work to begin As we got to the finish line however something very unexpected happened with my finances and was now unable to have the work done PIC took the time to understand our situation and offered to work with us I can't thank them enough for their understanding, patience and most importantly their professionalism I will recommend them to my friends and family, they are accountable, they respond, they do what they say they will do! What more can you ask for from a contractor
This company is a fraud and should be shut down by the stateThey aren't true mold RemediatorsThey tell you what you want to hear and then once contract is signed they do extremely poor work actually missing half the problem and spreading mycotoxins throughout your homeThere is zero supervision and it's just a bunch of young men doing the work and they unfortunately know nothing about the seriousness of toxic moldThe owner Anthony is a horrible human being and doesn't make sure his customer is safeTruly blows my mind that they are still open for business meanwhile making their poor customers sickerIf you have mold in your home and you don't know much about it do yourself a favor and research everything! Mold can kill you
I can not begin to tell you how pleased we are with PIC Home pros To start they explained step by step as to what was going to be done as far as the set up and cleaning process My In laws are in their 70s and my sister in law is mentally and physically handicap the guys were beyond sensitive to their needs and did an amazing job at trying not to disrupt my SIL daily routine Over all everyone at PIC Home pros went out of their way to help us in any way they could and we are beyond grateful they turn a nightmare into a pleasant experience

My project included a whole new roof, including the plywood, plus mold remediation. The project was done right and on time and within the estimate. I now have peace of mind and a great looking roof! Just one thing about customer service. The salesman was great, and the on the job project manager was also great. But if you had a problem or concern between signing the contract and the project actually starting, getting them on the phone was almost impossible. My wife and I always had to leave messages and no one would call back. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I have to thank PIC Home Pros for a truly professional quality job on the installation of my new Storm-master roof. I was pleased and grateful that our project manager made extra efforts to accommodate our schedule, and that he communicated with us throughout the project. I must say, I was especially impressed by our job foreman, whose knowledge of the roofing process was evident from start to finish. He directed his team with great skill, and they worked harmoniously, politely, and carefully. There was no loud yelling, no arguing, and no blasting boom boxes, and each night they left the job site clean and tidy. Truly, before the project got underway, I was very concerned about possible damage to the custom-made rain gutters, the floor-to-ceiling screens on the porch, and the gardens that surround the house. But the Home Pros crew went to great pains to keep from damaging anything. Of course, the roof looks great, from the peaks and valleys to the skylights and the chimney flashing, it made my house look new again. And best of all, there are no leaks! This was a job done right!
