I wanted to write to you and thank you for your recent roof work at our home in [redacted] It was nice to work with a company that is so very customer oriented. Many companies claim to be but few are these days. Your men came in on the date promised and began the work immediately. The work was done in a very professional manner and was completed within the time frame allotted. The price quoted was the finished price.
All of this I would expect from a company but after dealing with many contractors while building our home 20 years ago and some of the contractors that I have hired since I have come to live with disappointment. I was more than pleasantly surprised with PIC Home Pros. Perhaps the attention to detail during the consultation and installation of our new roof was the thing that impressed me most. Mike your salesperson did a fine job detailing our options and doing it without any sales pressure.
When Dave your installer came out to meet us and pre-measure the job he was very professional and gave us a genuine feeling of confidence. He told us how the job would be done and he even suggested some no-charge enhancements that he would be willing to do if we wanted them done.
When Dave came with his crew they went to work immediately and never wasted any time all the while they were here. They were all self-starters and they had an excellent work ethic. They treated our property as if it was their own. Dave coated the chimney with waterproofing while they were up on the roof and he also washed away a lot of the etching that had accumulated on the front and side of it. These were the couple things that he had suggested when he first came and he lived up to his offer.
I enjoyed meeting you when you came and showed a personal interest in us and our home. When they were done Dave personally went around the entire job checking on cleanup and looking for any kind of small damage from ladders or tarps. He took the time to talk with us to be sure we were happy with every aspect of the job.
