Hello, I have confirmed with [redacted] that this customer purchased her [redacted] in The [redacted] code expired on November 7th 2012, and this is clearly stated on the [redacted] voucherI have included a screenshot of the customers [redacted] voucher which they had provided to us Per the terms and conditions of her [redacted] voucher, the promotional value expires but the paid amount does notThis can be seen in the terms and condition of the customers [redacted] voucher which the customer provided We have issued a coupon code to the customer for the amount paid for the [redacted] Kindest regards,

I hate posting "bad/negative" reviews only because it may just have been my experience that wasn't that greatWelp I see I am not the only one who has had some issues with this company It would have been nice to get my order before Christmas, as advertised, it would have been even better if their website actually offered the product I thought I was purchasing on Groupon, and what would have really made my day was being treated with respect and dignity I purchased a Groupon and was charged times the amount I paid on Groupon, after it was all said and done, and have yet to receive what I ordered I received a partial refund but nothing more I tried contacting them directly only to be met with attitude Both times I called the company I got the same rude young lady, she recognized who I was, even admitted to receiving my email but just did not care, no wonder why I never got a response It is just bad business to ignore an issue and think it will just go away It is a bad idea to advertise something on Groupon and then not offer it on your site It makes it look as though all you are doing is scamming people

I ordered (5) 20xcanvas prints and all are of EXCELLENT quality The frames are robust, the canvas is meticulously folded and the prints, despite some fear because of the "DPI" settings, are stunning All the pictures were moderately cropped, three were shot in RAW, but the other two were cropped from a lower quality setting and they still look perfect, again, in 20"x30" poster size prints I got a pretty darn good deal on them too......$each If you plan to order more than one print and are using a groupon, make sure to call their customer service department and verify that they can ship all the packages together, so as to avoid paying shipping and handling fees

It has been a month since I ordered from this companyI was supposed to receive my item by Christmas, and have yet to even receive notice of an order status, other than it was receivedI have paid for an item and no idea where it is, if they will get it to me, etcI have tried many times to contact the company with no luckI feel like I have been ripped off and no one will communicateOthers have had the wrong item shipped to them and this company is doing nothing about itWhat a scamI am writing this so that others can review and stay clear from wasting their money

The representative, ***, was as helpful as he could be, given the parameters within which he has to work1) When I called, I was not allowed to hold for him; was told that he "was taking calls and could not speak to me"I didn't mind holding until he finished the call he was on, but that was not an optionNot sure why another call he might get would have a higher priority than my call attempting to do business w/ this company 2) Wanted to place an order for piecesNo discount available based on quantitySame factors as if I was ordering ten pieces*** gave me a "promo code" which does nothing more than jack the price up to a completely untenable number and then discount it back3) Was told that I would have to pay a $shipping fee on a shipment anyone else would ship for $- $bucks4) On my previous order, I was forced to pay highly inflated individual shipping charges on twenty separate pieces, even if they were all coming to my one addressThought I might get a little more consideration placing an order for piecesNot to be the case5) When I followed up to try to make satisfactory arrangements for a larger order, the rep agreed to call back but never did soOverall, there was never any sense that anyone at Picture It On Canvas gives a hoot about customers"This is our systemWe sock it to youPurchase on our terms or to heck w/ you!" It is a good thing there are alternatives to this kind of businessNo hard feelings; I will just find an alternative and chalk up my efforts to purchase from them to wasted time and new experience
