I received a call from Picture It On Canvas on Friday, January 15, 2016.  They offered a voucher to me for my inconvenience which I accepted.  This was actually more than I was looking to receive so I am completely satisfied with their actions regarding my complaint.

I ordered (5) 20x30 canvas prints and all 5 are of EXCELLENT quality. The frames are robust, the canvas is meticulously folded and the prints, despite some fear because of the "DPI" settings, are stunning. All the pictures were moderately cropped, three were shot in RAW, but the other two were cropped from a lower quality setting and they still look perfect, again, in 20"x30" poster size prints.
I got a pretty darn good deal on them too......$34.98 each. If you plan to order more than one print and are using a groupon, make sure to call their customer service department and verify that they can ship all the packages together, so as to avoid paying 5 shipping and handling fees.

We processed a reprint
for the customer on January 6, 2016 due to customer not receiving the correct
order. We also provided the customer with two promotional codes for future
orders, one for $110.00 and $25.00 for the problems that the customer
experienced with their order and to cover any...

I purchased an online deal from the company in order to buy a gift for a family member for Christmas. The deal was bought in November. I regularly work with computers both personally and professionally, and yet by mid-January I was unable to work with the website to upload a picture of high enough resolution to satisfy the requirements. I had photographs taken specifically in order to increase the DPI as requested and yet even these did not satisfy the website. I used multiple programs to create collages and higher-quality compilations but none would even meet the minimum requirements per the website. Conversely, when I finally bought an identical deal from a competing company two months later, it took me a matter of minutes to upload (the same) photos and order the product. I have requested a refund and am very disappointed. I cannot speak to the quality of their customer service or their products, but their website (the first impression in modern day business) was enough to discourage me from working with them again. I sincerely hope it is an issue they can resolve quickly.

not be combined on July 3, 2014.  Customer contacted us back on July 15,
2014 when the promotional value had already expired; our customer service agent
apologized for not being able to extend expired vouchers because they had
expired. Explained the expired vouchers could still be redeemed towards any of
our products.
When the
vouchers were purchased terms and agreement of the promotion were as
followed.  Must redeem canvas online by July 7, 2014. One custom
8"x10" thin-bar (0.75") photo canvas; shipping not included.
Must use promotional value in 1 visit and valid for one image only. Voucher is
non-transferable.
We have
contacted the customer and addressed concerns. We reviewed the details of the
promotion and explained the expired amount of coupons could be redeemed for any
of the products. We have extended the customer to ability to redeem her two
expired vouchers in for two 8"x10" canvas prints. We believe this to
be a satisfactory resolution for the customer.

horrible service. ordered an item in December on the 11th. it is now march 23rd and I still do not have my canvas. I called customer service many times within these months and each time they claimed they had resolved the issue or were working on it. still no canvas and no results!

I hate posting "bad/negative" reviews only because it may just have been my experience that wasn't that great... Welp I see I am not the only one who has had some issues with this company. It would have been nice to get my order before Christmas, as advertised, it would have been even better if their website actually offered the product I thought I was purchasing on Groupon, and what would have really made my day was being treated with respect and dignity. I purchased a Groupon and was charged 6 times the amount I paid on Groupon, after it was all said and done, and have yet to receive what I ordered. I received a partial refund but nothing more... I tried contacting them directly only to be met with attitude. Both times I called the company I got the same rude young lady, she recognized who I was, even admitted to receiving my email but just did not care, no wonder why I never got a response... It is just bad business to ignore an issue and think it will just go away. It is a bad idea to advertise something on Groupon and then not offer it on your site. It makes it look as though all you are doing is scamming people.
