I filled out on line for a loan though this companyThey called me they were asking me for my banking account I told them no I want a email about the loan ect when I googled it the company came up with bad reviews I called Revdex.com to find out and it is very true they have my social security number ect can some one please do something about this !

I took a $cash advance from Advance America Cash Advance Centers of Florida, LLC ONLINE on 10/24/They deposited the money overnight into my checking accountThe loan + fees ($500) was due on 11/02/17; an ACH debit was initiated by Advance America on 11/02/This ACH debit CLEARED my account on 11/03/17, however, they told me (verbally) that they will not report the payment to Veritec until 11/10/This 7-DAY policy is NOT in my contractFlorida mandates a 24-HOUR "cool off" period once a cash advance is paid...this IS clearly stated in my contractI was also told by Advance America that they are under no obligation to tell consumers about their 7-DAY Veritec reporting policyHad I known they were going to do this, I would not have contracted with themSo BEWARE...if you enter into a contract with these people, they will make you wait DAYS instead of HOURS to get cleared from the Veritec systemI doubt this is legal in Florida; I have filed a complaint against Advance American with the Florida Office of Financial Affairs and intend to contact an attorney regarding breach of contract

Went to the Advance America on *** Dr in ***, Ms to pay my check loan and rewrite
After paying them
They said I was denied my loan to get my money back
They couldn't tell me from who or what
I have other bills and they have stolen my money

Been receiving phone calls from area codes (916) (909) calling and hanging up at least once a dayI have complained to Advance America about this and they have failed to do anything

This company negligently installed a fireplace in my new home and failed to make multiple appointments, which caused me to miss work on three consecutive daysThe leadership and organization of this company is horrid and thus far it appears their craftsmanship is anything but skillfulI would never recommend this company and I am disappointed in my building for choosing this low bidderThere is a noxious gas smell coming from the fireplace any time it is turned onThe company has repeatedly told me they would be at my house; however, they have failed to do so without any remorseThis company has repeatedly misrepresented the problem and their intention to fix the issue to both me and the builder
