January 12, Revdex.com, The following complaint will be addressed in the order they were listed in the paragraphAt no time had I been contacted up to December 14, by customerThe entire job was walked thru and inspected three times start to finish by customer and supervisor before we left
jobsiteAt such time I received a phone call from customer, we had hired a plumber in their behalf to do necessary plumbing, customer refused to pay this billHis response was" I have already paid enough"My year old son has never worked for this company and lives in *** *** and attends ***He has never been on or around this jobsiteGranite has natural cracks and fishers that run through it and we have no control over a natural productAll granite has natural occuring voids in it that are filled, colored and sealed at the quarriesWe do not do this as we do not have the equipment to do so nor the machinery to re-polish the face of slabsThe main top separated at one of these cracks and customer refused to accept itAt the companies own expense we bought another slab at a cost of $and re-fabricated to fit no questions asked, we have also re-imbursed the plumber for $As far as the cabinets go at the dishwasher, we made NO modifications to any cabinets or openings at this residenceDuane P*** Managing Member

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:We made several attempts to contact him by way of phone, and physically going to his office and his parents place of work to find him The last excuse he made was that he was in Las Cruces broken down on the side of the road at 7am in the morning and did not have a way to contact meHe said he would call me and let me know when he would be available for an appointment He never did this He is avoiding us, which is what prompted this form of contact Communication is key and even with this response, this company has not reached out to us As soon as MrP*** received notification from the Revdex.com, he could have contacted me, or he could have had his supervisor contact me -had his "Im broken down on the side of the road" story been true The slab he said we refused that ended up costing him money to reorder- One of HIS employees broke it before it even made it to our driveway It was never even downloaded off the truck, they drove it to our home broken in hopes we would accept it His employee admitted that it was his fault When they returned with the re-ordered slab, they all joked about him not breaking it again.I agree that all granite does have inconsistencies, however as a reputable company, I would expect all questions and concerns a customer has before, during, and after a sale would be gladly addressedHowever this has not been the case with this company As with any product, it may take a few days or so to notice something is not right However this company was nonexistent to any of our attempts to contact them Son or Not, Plumbing was done by an year old, and we were told that they didn't have enough time to get a plumber In any event, the plumbing service that was done was incorrect and leaked They used a machine to bring together the granite seam, while at the same time all the employees were pushing the bar/cabinet to get a tight seam glued This did modify the cabinets as the dishwasher no longer would open and close correctly Again, another modification was made to the kitchen cabinets as one of the employees broke one of the drawers and the track it was on I was there and saw it happen, I also saw they fixed it, so I had no problem with the drawer Had I received a phone call back from this company, or if an appointment was made and kept to discuss this, we all could have learned what the next step could/should be for all concerned However as soon as this company was paid, they disappeared I have learned this company is not trustworthy, or honest, and has fabricated their response Buyer Beware Regards,*** ***Revdex.com,Attached please find the requested pictures, receipt of payment, and an invoice Please note the total amount on the invoice was not towards the replacement of three sinks pipes underneath the cabinets in the two bathrooms It does show that the three sinks were replaced (underneath the cabinet piping).The pictures show chip like areas on the edges of the granite, along with the one edge being "bonded" and color dyed to match These things are not seen during the first few days of installation The granite is a busy design which hide a lot of imperfections If the granite comes directly to MrP*** and he does not do any repair work in his shop, isn't his responsibility as the owner to inspect all product as this is his area of expertise I am not an expert on granite, nor do I have a sharp eye to detect such thingsI was trying to bring this to his attention as I thought perhaps they could buff the edges out to make them smooth The Kitchen sink started leaking a day after the teen-aged boy was doing the plumbing Our calls were not returned which resulted in paying a plumber $to fix the kitchen Then the bathroom sinks all began to leak Which resulted in calling the second plumber. At this point, I feel having this company come back to my home to do any work would result in negativity and causing undo stress.I just don't understand why he and his company avoided having a positive customer transaction It prohibits any future business I may want to do, which ultimately results in lost revenue for this company.I totally get that things don't go 100% and problems occur, however I do not understand why his actions of avoidance, and are also of a no "follow up" after the sale is complete, or having a satisfaction guarantee Thank you,
