Pierce Transit Administration

For the winter season of 2017-2018, a Pierce Transit supervisor stated that the riders were subjected to freezing cold temperature, in rain soaked cold, and wind chills during the commute because the bus lacked sufficient tools to defog/defrost the window per a Pierce Transit SupervisorSo far the buses effected (but not limited to) this entire season were: 311, 325, & This safety violation occurred daily for all day bus runs for route from Tacoma, WA to Purdy, WAThese routes still continue to run without means to defrost/defog the windowSeveral complaints by several passengers have been made to Pierce Transit over the course of the Winter 2017-period without any resolution
The bus driver is rude when a simple inquiry is made but is friendly to other co-workers of routes3/8/5:45pm route from TCC Center to Gig Harbor dispatched late because he is so friendly with his co-workers in comparison to how he treats customers riding when they ask a simple quest
